Slide from a brochure published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. (In the very brochure of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the symbols of Nazism are given completely)
The "new" understood how the nameless authors of the propaganda brochure got confused in the Naziki.
The campaign pamphlet “Ukraine: the new center of world Nazism” of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation published in its social networks on July 15. It colorfully sets out the entire spectrum of cliches accumulated during the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine: from the Nazis to biolaboratories. Message on the website of the Foreign Ministry contains a brief description of the brochure and links to the PDF document. The brochure is available in four languages: Russian, English, French and Spanish.
The brochure does not have an author, output and almost does not contain any links to sources. It only mentions some “UN data” twice, and the rest of the information is submitted as well -known by default. Judging by the file information, the document was created on April 21, 2023, but on the Foreign Ministry page it was published only a few months later.
According to Fontanka, the brochure "spreads along the line of power structures participating in the hostilities."
The narrative begins with the listing of allegedly recognized heroes of Ukraine: Stepan Bandera, Roman Shukhevich, Yaroslav Stetskko, Andrey Melnik and Simon Petlyura are mentioned. It is also emphasized that Euromaidan was a “coup”, during which the Nazis came to power, whom the population of Crimea and Donbass did not support. All in all,
The classic Kremlin narrative, which is appealing to the events of the twentieth century, again returns to the notorious Nazis from Azov* and the processes that began after 2014. All this is intertwined into a fragile pattern from conspiracyology, speculations and stamps, which is scattered upon closer examination.
In total, the document contains 32 slides on which you can see photos and screenshots from social networks and foreign media, real and fake historical photographs, as well as brief explanations for them. For example, on the last page, the authors posted a photograph of Adolf Hitler, and under it - a photo of a dead person who is very similar to him. At the same time, it is reliably known that the body of the dictator was almost completely burned, and in the second photo we see the body of Hitler’s double.

One of the slides is dedicated to the laboratories of the Pentagon, supposedly located in Ukraine. According to propagandists, they are needed for the production of biological weapons and its testing. The next slide is dedicated to how the grain exported from Ukraine as part of a grain transaction allegedly falls on the feed of pigs in the EU countries while children are starving in Africa. Next is the “exposure” of the plans of the Ukrainian government to create a “dirty bomb”.
Much attention in the brochure was paid to the retreat of Ukraine from “traditional values”, the abandonment of Orthodoxy in favor of occultism, Satanism, demon and paganism. The evidence is irrefutable: comments from social networks, a message about searches in the Kiev-Pechora laurel and the arrest of Metropolitan Paul, the governor of the Lavra.
At the same time, according to the training manual, the attack in Ukraine goes not only to Orthodoxy, but also on Islam: photographs of the burning of the Qur'an and Ukrainian activists are demonstrated.
Attention was paid to the “propaganda of LGBT”, which is allegedly practiced by the office of President Vladimir Zelensky. It is reported that Ukraine hosts exhibitions dedicated to LGBT culture in the Ukrainian army, the number of rape of colleagues is growing, as well as the whole battalion "Unicorn", equipped with "Military Home-Gosualists".

In the upper right corner of the slide dedicated to the propaganda of LGBT, one can notice the young man in a black T -shirt. This is Yuri “taxi driver” Ionov, who died in the battles for Mariupol in the spring of 2022. In an interview, the taxi driver said that in his youth, together with his mother, he moved from Lugansk to Moscow, but later returned to Ukraine, where he fought as part of Azov and was personally familiar with the regiment commander, the future deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Andrei Biletsky. In this photo, ions in a T -shirt with the logo of the Russian ultra -right organization Firstline, whose branches existed in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk.
Suddenly, on one of the slides, one can find those who were born in Russia and right now in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On a par with Ukrainian and Belarusian farmings, allegedly eliminated during the “denazification”, you can see a person holding a Nazi flag. Below, the signature: “Jan Melnikov is a member of the anarchist group“ Jug ”. The founder of the Belarus group as part of the Ukrainian nationalist group "Right Sector"*was engaged in the recruitment and training of Belarusian militants. "

In fact, a person in the photo is not Jan Melnikov, but the Nazi from Russia Alexei Milchakov, the commander of the DShRG Rusich, which has been participating in the conflict in the southeast of Ukraine on the side of the Russian Federation since 2014. The inaccuracy was noticed by Milchakov himself or one of his subordinates. On October 30, a photograph of the brochure and a short explanation appeared in the telegram channel of the unit:
Alexei Milchakov, who, not wanting it himself, got into the list of Ukrofashists, fights on the side of the Kremlin for a long time. A rather modest article in Wikipedia is devoted to Milchakov, according to which he was born in St. Petersburg on April 30, 1991, was on the “Zenit” and, from a young age, was involved in the activities of the Slavic Union, which was prohibited in 2010, the leader of which was the famous ultra -right figure Dmitry Demushkin.

Milchakov’s further biography is easy to track by headings in the media. At the age of 20, he became the hero of an unpleasant story. On his page, he posted a photo with a puppy, to whom he cut off his head. Zooiders drew attention to the publication, after which there were articles and news stories that stated that Milchakov not only killed homeless dogs, but also ate them. Being concerned about the fate of the unfortunate animals, journalists along the way also drew attention to the political views of the young man. In his social networks, the very photo with the flag of the Third Reich was found, which after 12 years fell into the Kremlin agitism.
Milchakov rejected all these accusations and stated that all the photos with the murdered dog were not real. The security forces allegedly leaked them to the network, because they wanted to put him, but nothing came of them.
After the scandal with the murder of dogs, Milchakov went to serve in the army, and after, in 2014, to fight against Ukraine. As Milchakov himself later said to Gazeta.ru, the events in Odessa in May 2014 moved him to this.

Milchakov spoke in detail about his adventures at the front in an interview with the now deceased Yegor Prosvirnin, known to many of the conservative media project “Sputnik and Pogrom”. According to Milchakov,
He went to the Donbass as part of a small group of like-minded nationalists in June 2014, directly "to kill." So the diversion-seal reconnaissance group "Rusich", which he himself headed, was formed.
With their symbol, the militants of the Rusich chose an eight -beam swastika, known as Kolovrat. During the fighting in the southeast of Ukraine, the Milchaks and his people gained very bad fame.
Milchakov also maintained close contacts with the Vagner group and, according to Fontanka, after the completion of the acute phase of the military campaign in the southeast of Ukraine went to Syria, where he visited the Wagner PMC. The connections between the mercenaries of Prigozhin and the DShRG Rusich were preserved until the final disarmament of Wagner.
In February 2022, the Rusich DShRG and Milchakov returned to Ukraine again and continued to fight. Already in this campaign, they attracted attention with the special “Instructions for the disposal of prisoners of war”, which they published in their telegram channel in the fall of 2022. Here are excerpts from it:
“If possible, do not report to a higher command about the presence of captured enemy soldiers and officers. If the report was made (to improve reporting), then report that the enemy is wounded and may die (even if this is not so). ”
“During the interrogation, it is recommended to cut fingers, cut off the ear, blows into the area of the groin and joints, drive needles under the nails. After interrogation of the prisoner, it is recommended to shoot without attracting attention. ”
The brochure also contained advice on how to blackmail the relatives of the killed prisoners, offering to redeem information about the burial place of the deceased.
Now this publication is removed from the channel.
With money at DShRG "Rusich" - a complete order. Earlier, the militants of Rusich had contracts with PMCs now controlled by the Ministry of Defense. According to the investigation of Radio Liberty ( recognized by a foreign agent. - Ed. ), We are talking about Redut PMCs , which “feeds” or “fed” with contracts of dozens of other hired units fighting on the side of the Russian Federation.
Probably now this scheme does not work, but there were other ways to earn money. In particular, in 2022, the militants managed to hack the website of the Ukrainian Happy New Life Foundation and simply replace the fund crypto -cosel with their own. So for some time they received the money that people donated to the inhabitants of Ukraine. In addition, representatives of Rusich are engaged in hacking, mining cryptocurrency, collecting donations. According to journalists, from July to October 2022, Rusich’s wallets could enter $ 1787 from three different shadow markets for the sale of drugs. At the same time, it is not clear what kind of money it was: “Rusich” could steal them, but he could accept as a payment for certain services.
Milchakov himself told reporters that special departments were busy with their organization:
According to reporting journalists, in eight months of last year, DShRG Rusich received cryptopodper for 160 thousand dollars: this includes voluntary donations and the money obtained opaque.
In the summer of 2023, DShRG "Rusich" was waiting for a surprise that destroyed their plans. On July 20, Finland was detained by a close friend and ally Milchakov Yana Petrovsky nicknamed the Slavs. Petrovsky, along with Milchakov, stood at the origins of the DShRG "Rusich" and fought in Ukraine, where both of them are waiting for the deadlines until life imprisonment. On November 21, 2016, the Main Military Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine sent an indictment against Milchakov and Petrovsky to the court, accusing them of participating in a terrorist organization, encroaching on territorial integrity and conducting an aggressive war.

Petrovsky, who had lived in Norway and entered there in the ultra -right organization “Odin’s soldiers”, tried to fly away from Helsinki to Nice with his wife, but was detained at the request of the Ukrainian side. Only on August 25 the Russian Foreign Ministry announced this. This news caused indignation in telegram channels close to the Rusich DShRG: Petrovsky can extradite to Ukraine, and the Russian Foreign Ministry actually self-destructed from this story. On August 25, Milchakov announced that in connection with the incident, DShRG “Rusich” stops performing combat missions until Petrovsky was given to the Russian side.
And they really left, saying that all the contracts signed with the structures of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation have long ended, and they are not owed to anyone. Marina Akhmedova, who called the Rusichi, reacted to the actions of the Rusich, reacted to the chief of the Reginum news agency under the president.
Milchakov’s answer left no doubt that in relations with the state he can afford much of what others cannot afford. “ The opinions of such females, wrapping up on the network, are of little interest (apparently I decided to get the article for the discrediting of military personnel) as well as a bunch of vegetables, which from the sofa tell us what to do and what is not (you, clowns, write to the prosecutor’s office - add toilet paper to the investigator) ,” he wrote in his telegram channel.
