The Preobrazhensky District Court of Moscow fined 50 thousand rubles of the writer Viktor Shenderovich due to an unexpected report on the activities of “Inoage” (part 2 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). It is reported by Business FM.
In August, Shenderovich was fined under the article on non -fulfillment of the duties of a “foreign agent” (part 1 of article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for 10 thousand rubles.
The ministe introduced Schenderovich in the register of “Ino -Agents” in December 2021, the reason was the transfer of 13,500 rubles from a foreign citizen.
In January, the writer left Russia after the businessman Evgeny Prigozhin filed an application for him (part 5 of article 128.1 of the Criminal Code). Prigozhin asked to initiate a criminal case against the writer due to the fact that Shenderovich on the air of the Echo of Moscow called him the “killer” and said that he sponsored Wagner's PMC.
Even before the statement of slander, the court granted a civil lawsuit Prigozhin in connection with the broadcast of Echo of Moscow and recovered one million from the radio, and 100 thousand rubles from Shenderovich.
