On May 30, a 15-year-old native of the village of Poltava Kazantsev was on the list of terrorists and extremists of Rosfinmonitoring. According to the investigation, he was a telegram chat with unidentified persons who communicated with him “on the topic of preparing for the commission of a crime”, and before the detention “took measures to make a handicraft method of a crime”, being at home.
At that time, a 14-year-old schoolboy was detained in November 2018 and sent to custody on charges of illegal production and storage of explosives as part of an organized group, but in the final version the charges were softened. A year later, the Moscow City Court transferred Kuzminkin from the pre -trial detention center under house arrest, and later he was changed by the preventive measure to ban certain actions. According to investigators, Uvarov adhered to the ideology of anarchism, planned a terrorist act in Kansk and asked for help from two of his friends. The adolescents allegedly agreed, and then they made two Molotov cocktails and four “home-made explosive fragmentation devices with a fragmentary way to initiate an explosion”. The investigation claims that adolescents worked out the use of explosives in an abandoned house, on wastelands and construction sites. In addition, they allegedly discussed the plans of the “explosion” of the FSB building, built in the Minecraft computer game.
Mikhailenko was under house arrest from June to November 2020, from November 2020 to August 17, 2021 he was detained. Andreev was under house arrest from June 11, 2020 to August 17, 2021. Yaroslav was arrested in June 2020, when he was 14 years old. During the search, the security forces seized the “home -made explosive device” - firecracker, the capacities of which, according to the lawyer, would only be enough to blow up the cardboard box, and 18 “Molotov cocktails”. Inozemtsev himself stated that he was going to use the seized items for entertainment purposes.
In February 2021, the examination of the Serbian Institute in Moscow recognized Inocodzhev insane. In April, he was transferred from a pre -trial detention center to a psychiatric hospital. In June, the case was referred to court, but the court returned the prosecutor’s office due to numerous errors and freed the teenager from the guard, appointing him a ban on certain actions.
At the end of October 2021, the court again placed Inozemtsev in a pre -trial detention center, in November he was transferred to a psychiatric hospital, but after the start of the case was consistent in January 2022, the court released the teenager home under the ban on certain actions.
In July 2022, Inozemtsev was found guilty of attempted a terrorist act (under Part 3 of Article 30, part 1 of article 205 of the Criminal Code), illegal storage of explosives and the manufacture of explosive devices. He was prescribed forced psychiatric treatment.

A criminal case has been instituted against the teenager about the participation of a terrorist organization and the assistance of terrorism (part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code and part 1.1 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code). According to the investigation, from October 2021 to March 2022, a minor resident of Ufa “entered into correspondence with participants in a terrorist organization”, confirmed commitment to their ideas, and also corresponded with users of the messenger, “promoting the activities” of this organization, and transferred the money to its leader. Deprived of liberty since June 2023.
According to the security forces, the young man prepared a sabotage on the railway and attracted the attention of law enforcement officers when he removed some objects. He supposedly acted in the interests of Ukraine, as if saying that he did not agree with the policy of Russia, the investigation believes. The teenager is accused of preparing for sabotage on the railway (part 1 of article 30, part 1 of article 281 of the Criminal Code). Recruited from June 19.
According to investigators, in 2022, a minor, while in Krasnoyarsk, joined an extremist organization, after which he arrived in Rostov-on-Don and decided to commit an attack: set fire to a local military registration and enlistment office. To do this, he made 13 bottles with incendiary mixture. The accused did not manage to take arsenic for arson - he was detained by the security forces who, during the search, discovered the made Molotov cocktails. The teenager pleaded guilty to the criminal case, but refused to testify.
According to the investigation, no later than January 29, 2023, the young man decided to arrange a terrorist attack. To do this, he allegedly began to read information on the Internet on how to collect and use home -made explosives. In addition, he seemed to study the maps of gas pipelines of the Moscow region. Then, they say in the UK, the teenager bought components for explosives. The teenager was accused of preparing for a terrorist act (part 1 of article 30, part 1 of article 205 of the Criminal Code).
According to investigators, on August 25, the teenager hit the relay cabinet on the Novosibirsk-West-Ob railway station several times, the equipment eventually broke. The next day, the security forces believe, the young man allegedly set fire to another relay cabinet on the same stage. The student was detained on September 6 this year.
According to the security forces, a teenager from Vladivostok from July 31 to September 8 on the Internet “acquired the necessary knowledge and skills” for “arson of one of the military commissariats of the Primorsky Territory” (Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code). In a press release of the UK, he was described as a person “negatively related” to the “special operation” in Ukraine and experiencing “hostility and hostility towards the current government of the Russian Federation”.
The teenager was accused of preparing the attack (part 3 of article 30, Article 205 of the Criminal Code). There he was before the court, where he was eventually recognized as insane. As a result, the Central District Military Court in Yekaterinburg appointed a student of a medical person to the student.
The attempt to commit sabotage is charged (part 3 of article 30, part 1 of article 281 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, in September 2023, the young man allegedly tried to set fire to a relay cabinet on the stage between Tomsk-1 and Tomsk-2 stations using the Molotov cocktail. According to the security forces, he did this for a monetary reward. At the same time, they added to the Investigative Committee, the teenager could not “bring his criminal intent to the end”, as he was detained by police and employees of the regional department of the FSB.
