The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia began to collect students' data and the teacher: universities who are in contact with foreign: Kami, reports the Telegram channel “We can explain”.

The agency began to collect the lists of participation: CC international scientific events, the publication reports with reference to a letter sent to universities. Cooperation: universities must send information to the Ministry of Education and Science about the “contingent of the participants” of each such event in Russia and abroad, countries from where the participants came, as well as indicate the name of “significant participants” from Russia and other countries.

In 2019, the newspaper “Trinity Option - Science” published an order of the Ministry of Education and Science, tightening the rules for meetings with foreign colleagues. So, scientists were ordered to notify the department of a meeting with foreign: Kami in five days, as well as meet them in the amount of at least two people.
