Bailiffs of the Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg detained listener Andrei Sayapov, who came to the sentencing of Sasha Skochilenko with a poster “You must not follow the ######## stage.” An eyewitness reported this to OVD-Info.
Today the court sentenced the St. Petersburg artist and musician to seven years in prison. Several people, including Sayapov, lined the corridor to protest the verdict. After this, the bailiffs began to demand that they disperse, and the young man was detained.
During the hearings, Judge Demyasheva at least eight times attached to the case materials the certificate “the stage can be followed,” despite the defense’s objections and the defendant’s illness. However, Skochilenko was never examined, and she does not know the nurse who signed the latest certificate.

According to them, the attention of the security forces was attracted by Sayapov’s pendant in the colors of the Ukrainian flag. They add that the department has announced a “Fortress” plan , and the defender is not allowed to see the young man.

It became known that while still in court, a protocol was also drawn up against him for failure to comply with the orders of the bailiffs (Part 2 of Article 17.3 of the Administrative Code).
