In the regions, recruitment for war continues. The plan for the set of so -called volunteers is launched by regions from Moscow. A record of the military commissar from Yakutia appeared on the Internet, at which he talks with representatives of the district administrations and voices the numbers - how many people had already sent each district to war, and how many more should. The video was published by the Free Yakutia Foundation, activists say that there are no people who want to go to the front, so the authorities are conducting “quiet mobilization”, and “terrible methods”.
