Also, on the basis of the “statement of a person intending to act as a foreign agent”, the 19-year-old Marat Nikandrov from Pskov was added to the register.

He told the “Thunderstorm” that the Stupidmadworld technoblog (787 thousand subscribers and 1.2 thousand published videos on Yetube) and a week and a half ago, he himself “on jokes” filled the questionnaire on the inclusion of foreign agents on the Ministry of Justice’s website. “In principle, I did not think that this [listing] is possible. That is, it was simply spontaneously, honestly ... I just entered the passport data, then SNILS, INN also entered. To surely, that's all. There really was no more data, neither the source of financing, nor the source of the rest [did not ask], ”Nikandrov explained .

On the Stupidmadworld.com website, the “On Project” section reported that Marat Nikandrov is the chief editor of the publication, Maxim Yakimenko, the host, and Vladislav Kuznetsov is a chef (here is a copy of the page from the web archive for November 19). I have an idea to just go to their main building, get to the reception to the one who is responsible there for recognition by “foreign agents”, and just ask a question in the style of “what the hell?”

According to Marat, he is “not some Z-patriot who accidentally ended up in the register”-he used to support the Libertarian party, went to opposition rallies and never hid his anti-war position.

The day after the foreign agents entered the register, Marat noticed a policeman near the entrance of his house. “He showed with all his appearance that he was watching me. When I was returning home, there were already two employees. For some time they stayed at the entrance, and then just disappeared. I seem to have no paranoia, ”said Marat.

After his surname appeared in the register, Nikandrov came a summons from the military registration and enlistment office “for data reconciliation”. He does not plan to go there.

I have always been against the recruiting army, because I believe that this is legalized slavery. And I never changed the registrations, did not run from the military registration and enlistment office, did not go to some pieces of paper to them and did not invent any illnesses for himself to echo. I just ignored the state, and that’s it. Well, these summons, I think, will not touch me either ... Maybe I'm an idealist and I have pink glasses, maybe I'm a fool just in life. But I really do not see any problems for myself yet.

On November 20, Nikandrov will have a visit to Roskomnadzor - he was fined under an administrative article on abuse of freedom of the mass media for publishing the post of “Present” on his website about the correspondence sentence Marina Ovsyannikova, which was watched by 15 people.

Marat considers it a low probability that he will be in the case of a call for military service. “Ino -Agent” is not going to leave Russia, since here he has friends and relatives with whom he wants to communicate live, and not at a distance.

When mobilization was announced in Russia in September 2022, Nikandrov was in Tashkent. Nikandrov calls the rest of the “foreign agents” with whom he ended up in the same list, “outstanding people”. “Of course, I respect them. They, unlike me, of course, fell into the register of merits. And I just decided to joke, ”said Marat.

He does not yet know how the story will develop with his “foreign agency”, but admits that the Ministry of Justice can cancel his decision. Marat is worried only for the fact that the new status can affect the income of his business, since advertisers may not want to place advertising from a foreign agent.

State Duma deputy, co -author of the Law on "Ino -Agents" Andrei Alshevsky said that he would study the case of Marat Nikandrov. According to the parliamentarian, the procedure for introducing to the register is clearly regulated and, if Nikandrov was recognized as an “ino -agent” in violation of the current legislation, the prosecutor's office has the right to check and eliminate the violation.
