In Astrakhan, at least 19 people were poisoned by a drug and fell into intensive care; Telegram channels write about three dead

The Ministry of Health of the Astrakhan Region reported that from November 17 to 20, 19 people were received in the GKB No. 3 in Astrakhan with signs of drug and psychotropic poisoning.

Six of the patients are in serious condition, 11 - in a state of moderate severity, two were written out. “Against the background of treatment, the state of most patients improved,” the Ministry of Health said.

At the same time, the SHOT telegram channel claims that the number of victims has increased to 25 people, Mash writes about at least 24 hospitalized with poisoning. According to telegram channels, a 29-year-old young man and two 19-year-old girls died.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs on the evening of November 20 reported on the detention of three foreigners - citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan - suspects in the case of illegal sale of drugs (part 3 of article 228. 1 of the Criminal Code). The department published a video in which one of the detainees said that he was selling drugs because he "needed money."

The police report that 20 people are in intensive care. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs do not specify the name of the narcotic substance, however, telegram channels claim that we are talking about methadone. According to unnamed Baza sources, couriers "could confuse the substance and sell methadone under the guise of Mephedron."
