Directors, famous actors, writers and public figures turned to the Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova regarding the case Berkovich-Petriychuk

Dear Tatyana Nikolaevna!

On November 20, in the 90th year of her life, Nina Semenovna Katerli, a famous writer and human rights activist, died. Grandma director Zhenya Berkovich, who is located in the Moscow SIZO-6 on charges of “justification of terrorism”, for staging the play “Finist Yasny Falcon”. Svetlana Petriychuk, author of the play “Finist, Yasny Falcon”, also passes in this “case”.

It happened what at every court hearing to extend the arrest was said by Zhenya Berkovich. She asked the court to change her preventive measure: she has two grandmothers and two adopted daughters.

Tatyana Nikolaevna! We ask you for mercy. We ask you to help Svetlana Petriychuk and wife Berkovich change a preventive measure. At least in order for her to be able to bury her grandmother.
