The reason for the protocol was the video of the TV channel about the deprivation of the parental rights of the former editor of Channel One Marina Ovsyannikova. Nikandrov posted a video on his “Daily Fax” resource, registered as the media, without a note that the distributed material was produced by a “foreign agent” (the TV channel is presented with a “foreign agent” in 2017). - Unfortunately, I could not get the protocol personally. He simply could not withstand the load due to two sleepless nights associated with this whole story about the foreign agency. The electronic notification from Roskomnadzor on the preparation of the protocol Marat Nikandrov arrived on October 27.

• The 19-year-old Marat Nikandrov was included in the list of "foreign agents" on November 17. Ten days before, he himself filled his form on the Ministry of Justice’s website. This is the first case in Russia, when the “ino -agent” is recognized as a person who independently introduced his data to the register.
• According to the law on "foreign agents", people who have entered the register of the Ministry of Justice are required to provide reports on their income and expenses four times a year and twice a year on activities. The department requires reports exclusively in writing and insists on sending documents only by "Russian Post". "Ino -Agents" are required to publish their reports on the Internet. People entered in the register of the Ministry of Justice should also accompany all their materials, including posts in social networks, labeling of a foreign agent. They are forbidden to teach, conduct educational activities, work in the state or municipal service, be members of the election commissions or to act as organizers of public events.
