The blogger Maria Nelyubova writes in social networks how the unknown person pursues her, threatening to “sacrifice”, but the police do not perceive the threats seriously. -At first he wrote about the spirits and psychics who ordered him to make contact with me, and about my younger “sister-see”. None of my family has extrasensory abilities. This person also writes an absolutely incoherent text in which for some reason he talks about his life,-says Maria.

Then he managed to find out where Nelyubov lives, he stole her and tried to "talk." It was October 26 .

Maria does not know the name of this person. He introduced himself as Alexander and Sergey. The correspondent of the North. Realia introduced himself as Alexander, refused to name his last name.

Stalker Maria did not leave his phone number. If it calls, then from hidden or through telegrams and VKontakte. All accounts, both VK and in Telegram, have disposable ones, are created according to special numbers that burn in a day, like the accounts themselves. Apparently, unlike his victim, Stalker is familiar with the basics of cybersecurity.

He is “fascinated by the technical direction”: according to his admission, he is engaged in the repair of household appliances, he can work as an electrician and car mechanic.

On November 11, the stalker appeared next to Maria for the second time. I went to the store after her. He persecuted until the employees hid her in the utility room. After that, one of the visitors brought a stalker out of the store. The police arrived, but the unknown already disappeared. The police said that they could do anything, since there is no corpus delicti in his actions.

Then hints began: supposedly the "perfumes whispered" that Mary should be sacrificed and that "someone" could poke her with a knife.

Then he began to create new accounts in packs.

The logical connection in his reasoning is not always present. For example, answering the question of what kind of perfume we are talking about, he said that he was "offended by Masha."

- Offended by Masha ... and ... so it turned out ... crookedly askance ...

- Why are you offended?

- I wanted to meet, ... and she did not show sympathy, probably not in her mood. Yes, I used to think ... that the bloggers are still those jokes ... It turns out not so ... a person on the Internet and in real life are two different people ... The Internet is a game ...

According to Alexander, he did not mole up to bloggers. Only commented on their video. This is for him for the first time.

"Bends nonsense about spirits"

- The threats began, after he pissed me off on the street for the first time and I refused him to communicate. On the street, he said that he could take my phone away from me. After October 26, he already writes absolute nonsense that I need to fear a stab with a knife, that a car can knock me down. He writes about some rituals, throws references to some occult practices in the commentary. Before that, we just banned it with the removal of this nonsense, now we are already fixing. He writes from disposable accounts in telegram, which are removed the next day, ”Maria immediately told her subscribers.

Further, to the words about the sacrifice in chats, and then in personal messages, the stalker began to attach photos of the grinder (disk power tool for cutting and grinding metal, wood) and descriptions of its properties. This circumstance made Mary believe that threats could be serious. She wrote a statement under Art. 119 of the Criminal Code (threat of murder). The police assigned the number to the number.

"He threatened to dismember me in the bathroom with a grinder and confirmed that he was sending me a threat and realizes them," her statement said.

In the next message of Maria from the fake account, he already showed how the Bulgarian works (he didn’t saw anything, just turned on and turned off), and then demonstrated that he had a purple vibrator in the same bag (along with the grinder).

The vibrator, as it became clear after a couple of days, was the prologue of a new round of persecution - now with sexual subtext. From the same fake account, the stalker sent Maria a vulgar message ("Write to my mouth!"). A day later, from the account "Alexander the Great-Tsar-Rusi" began to send images and links to gynecological tools and sex toys.

- How did he find out where I live - without a concept. He himself refers to spirits. Although, I have a suspicion that he could use some merged bases on the Internet. I asked a person what exactly he needed, but he cannot formulate his thoughts. He brings nonsense about spirits, and that they told him to communicate with me, ”says Nelubova.

While the criminal case has not been instituted at the request of Mary, the explanation in the police has not been taken from her. An employee of the St. Petersburg police informally informed the North. Real to the correspondent that law enforcement agencies nevertheless drew attention to Mary's complaints, but in any case, upon the application, the audit would go a month, after which they will decide whether to initiate the case, and for this we must still find the stalker himself. From the point of view of the law of the victim of Stalking in Russia, they are not directly protected.

- There really is no separate criminal article for stalkers in Russia. Usually statements are written under Art. 119 (in the case of threats) or Art. 137 of the Criminal Code (in the case of surveillance, publication of personal information). In fact, Russian legislation does not provide for the preventive measures of legal protection from the pursuer, ”says lawyer Anastasia Burakova . -In many countries there is a civil law protection method-security orders. Therefore, if someone from the victim tries to follow the path of applying physical violence to a stalker, this is not a solution: then he will endlessly track the girl and find a loophole. How to recognize a stalker

So, in March 2022 in Domodedovo in Moscow, 26-year-old Denis Polyakov doused his former girl and her new young man with sulfuric acid . This story was preceded by threats from the attacker on the Internet. He explained his act to the police with resentment and jealousy.

Earlier it became known about the liberation of Vladislav Kanyus, after he spent six months in the war. He had to sit for 17 years for the brutal murder of Vera Pekhteleeva, the sentence was announced on July 28, 2022. After parting, he came to take his things. Being drunk, Kanyus beat her for several hours, strangled her and ultimately killed her. Vera screamed all this time, the neighbors heard screams, called the police seven times, but she did not react. The door was eventually opened by the neighbors themselves, but it was too late - Vera died. Five police officers were given conditional terms - three on -duty and two patrolmen.

Daria Heikinen is pursued by Yuri, her friend, with whom they talked on political topics and met at rallies. It is very difficult to experience psychologically. Stalking is also a form of violence, psychological. You can even get psychiatric diagnoses, ”says Julia Arnautova.

"Masha will hop up"

Stalker Alexander, pursuing the blogger Maria Nelubin, is now afraid of himself.

Then he complained that someone was already pursuing him: an unknown "adult man" traveled with him in transport, captivated on the street and constantly "unsubscribed" someone on the phone.
