"Dossier": There is another yacht associated with Putin - a 71 -meter "Victoria"

The Dossier Investigative Center claims to discovered two super -sites, which are allegedly used by Russian President Vladimir Putin and his environment. This is a 71-meter "Victoria" and the 38-meter "Orion" accompanying it. Previously, these ships were not known.

The “Victoria” “dossier” calls the “Victoria” yacht “the flagship of the Black Sea Flotilla Vladimir Putin”. It is claimed that now this ship is being repaired in the dock in the Turkish port of Tuzl near Istanbul. Journalists "Dossier" removed the yacht from the quadrocopter.

According to a source of Dossier, who worked with Putin more than 20 years ago, the Victoria yacht was built by order of the Russian president in the mid -2000s at the Sevmash military plant, along with the Graissful yacht, which was already reported nominally - it belonged to the company of Putin Peter Kolbin, and then the owners of which were focused. The construction of the Victoria yacht was, as the dossier writes, ordered by the structures of businessman Sergei Maslov. The interlocutors of the publication, however, claim that it was intended for Putin. In the end, the yacht was recorded on the structures of another friend of Putin, Gennady Timchenko. The yacht was built for almost 14 years. Its cost is estimated at $ 50 million.

In the crew of the vessel, according to the "dossier", there are persons who worked on other yachts, allegedly related to Putin and his environment. Victoria is based in Sochi and periodically reaches Cape Idokopos, where Putin’s so -called palace is located, the best known for the FBK investigation. In the summer of 2021, the yacht reached the annexed Crimea, in this journey it was accompanied by the Orion, built in Italy.

The “dossier” claims that Alina Kabaeva used the “Victoria” yacht, which in numerous investigations was called close to Vladimir Putin. After the arrest of Akhta, Scheheerezad in Italy, Victoria, is now the largest yacht in the Black Sea associated with Putin, the investigation is affirmed. The Black Sea Flotilla also includes a “seagull”, which is on the balance of management of the Presidential Affairs, Shellyste, belonging to an organization associated with Putin's friend, Yuri Kovalchuk, and Orion. In the Baltic Sea there is also a similar “flotilla” of three yachts, the largest of which Graissful.

"Dossier" admits that there are no direct documentary evidence, "that Victoria is connected with Putin. But this, as claimed, is "a lot of indirect evidence: this is a specially selected crew, and a ship's route, which runs near the palace of the head of state, and a formal owner, and an unusual history of construction."
