Petersburg: The musician Charlotes who returned to Russia was detained
Russian musician Charlot (Eduard Charlot) was detained at the St. Petersburg airport Pulkovo after returning from Yerevan. He was arrested for 13 days under an article on petty hooliganism, the press service of the courts of St. Petersburg said.
