The media report that negotiations between Israel and Hamas are “constantly moving”, and the release of hostages will “begin, according to the original agreement between the parties, no earlier than Friday”. This was stated by the head of the National Security Council of Israel, Tsahi Hanegby. In telegram channels, citing Qatarian sources, information has already appeared that the truce will begin on Friday at seven in the morning. According to these data, hostages will begin to be released only at 16 o’clock.
The truce between Israel and Hamas was supposed to begin on Thursday morning. It was officially announced that Israel and Hamas have agreed on the suspension of military operations in the gas sector for at least four days. At the same time, Hamas should release 50 hostages of about 240 people captured during an attack on the territory of Israel on October 7. First of all, we are talking about children, women and the elderly. In response, 150 women and adolescents sentenced to terrorism, but have not committed murders, will come out of the Israeli prisons. The possibility of extending the suspension of combat operations is stipulated if the terrorists let go of 10 hostages every day. Hamas also set additional conditions: the delivery of fuel, medicines and humanitarian aid to the gas sector and the ban on Israeli aviation flights over the gas sector at certain hours.
The Air Force correspondent of the eagle Gerin reports that, according to some data, the Hamas group did not ratify the agreement, according to others
- The militants did not provide Israel with a list of hostages, which were supposed to be released on the first day. This mechanism is part of the transaction.
According to CNN, the parties work out the latest logistics details. “We believe that nothing can be left to the will, since the hostages begin to return home. Our main task is to ensure their safe return, ”said Edrien Watson, spokeswoman for the National Security President of the United States.
“I still can’t be fully sure that the deal will be successful and will not break,” the former employee of the special services and police of Israel Sergey Midal, a former employee of the special services and police.
- It is difficult for me to imagine that terrorists will so easily part with their main asset - minor hostages, women and old people.
They are used to getting a thousand of their accomplices for one prisoner. And now we are talking most often that teenagers and women who are throwing stones will come out of Israeli prisons. Hamas cannot be trusted. Even being in a very difficult situation under a large -scale pressure of the IDF (Israeli Defense Army), they will look for ways to tighten the time and put forward new conditions. Leader Hamas in the Yahya Enclave Sryvar is a very cruel, smart and cunning psychopath. He is now in his bunker near the city of Khan-Junis and will try to get out in any way. I was always sure that he would keep children and women from among the hostages as a trump card and a living shield.
According to Sergei Midal, the massive bombing of the terrorists infrastructure and the promotion of military equipment in the gas sector continue at this moment. The Israeli troops have already begun to enter the southern part of the enclave and urge the local population to leave the places of possible clashes.

According to the Israeli military expert David Sharp, the main condition of Hamas is a stop of military operations. However, there are additional requirements.
- The second stage of the implementation of the agreement is not very clear, related to the release of 10 hostages for each day of the ceasefire after the first four days,
-tells "New-Europe" David Sharp. - The history of such agreements has not yet known. According to the official version, Hamas needs time in order to find and collect together the right number of people held in the dungeons. Since, according to the latest data, 98 women and children are in the hands of terrorists, it can be assumed that the transaction will stretch up to 10 days. For each liberated hostage, three Arab criminals will go to freedom.
From the side of Egypt, goods with foods, medicines, humanitarian aid and a large amount of fuel will go to the enclave. It is the fuel that allows ventilation and power supply to underground tunnels that is of greatest interest to Hamas.
Also, every day of a truce from 10 to 16 hours, Israeli manned and unmanned aviation should not be in the sky above the north of the gas sector, and at the south of Enclave, flights are prohibited at all. This will lead to a reduction in the intelligence capabilities of the Israeli army and special services.
The last stronghold of Hamas resistance in the north of Enclave is its eastern part. After the ceasefire, the militants will have the opportunity to regroup, carry out rotation, establish lost communication lines, carry out mining, deliver ammunition, unravel the collapsed tunnels, charge missile systems and put their defense in order. All this means that after the operation is renewed, the IDF will have to be harder. There will be more victims.
The liberated hostages will be transferred to employees of the Red Cross and taken to Egypt. There, Israeli specialists will be met there and send them for examination to medical institutions.
“Yesterday, November 22, a press conference was held at which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and two members of the Military Cabinet, Beni Ganz and Minister of Defense Yoav Galant, said that they discussed their part of the agreements, agreed on the points and signed,” explains David Sharp David, David Sharp. - The deal was mentioned as the fact that has already happened. However, as it turned out already at night, some disagreement remained between Qatar and Hamas. Interestingly, the head of the special services of Mossad is in Qatar and must represent Israel there. It seems to be the coordination of the last details of the agreement now. It should begin to act tomorrow.

David Sharp says that new information about the conducting negotiations appears almost every minute. According to rumors, negotiations could be stalled due to whether representatives of the Red Cross would be allowed to be held hostages. Also, among the reasons for the delay, disputes around the lists of terrorists released from Israeli prisons are called. Trading is for how military equipment can move during a truce, and on other secondary issues.
“I think that Hamas is still carefully studying the topic of the exchange itself,” says Israeli military serviceman Joseph K., “the terrorists took Israeli politicians to the hook. Now you can’t play back, the people will not understand this. The militants will add conditions. For example, they may demand to cancel the order to destroy Hamas leaders. In this order, we are talking about all those involved in the tragedy of the 7th. According to open data, all of them should be eliminated, as happened after the terrorist attack at the Olympics in Munich. And our commanders for the sake of high -profile statements several times spoke publicly about this.
“In Israeli society there are opponents of the conclusion of the agreement, believe that its conditions are unacceptable,” says David Sharp. “But the majority with a heavy heart supports the deal as the smallest evil.” After all, peaceful people who were supposed to guarantee Israeli power were in hostages. Since there was a serious failure of the army, special services and the country's leadership in general, the state has a special debt to civil hostages. The pressure of the company on people making decisions is constantly growing. At the same time, people are afraid that in the end the military operation will be stopped forever.
“I am sure that it will be easy to return to the operation,” says Sergey Migdal. - Israel will also use a truce. The rotation of military personnel will be carried out, broken and gained equipment will be repaired. So there should be no problems.

According to press reports , Hamas put forward additional conditions for the exchange of Israeli hostages to Palestinian prisoners. How new requirements sound is still unknown.
“I do not exclude that in the future, Hamas leaders will try to delay the implementation of the transaction and begin to put forward new clauses of the agreement,” says David Sharp. - This behavior violates Israeli plans and does not allow solving the tasks. It is likely that we will still encounter attempts by various manipulations and distortions. In parallel on Israel, they are pressed in a political sense. Every day it will be more difficult to resume the operation. For this, terrorists will hold hostages.
“Many Israeli politicians have the opinion that the only way that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be able to stay in power is to continue the war, and possibly expand it,” says Sergey Migdal. -At the same press conference of the Military Cabinet, the head of state openly said that the operation would continue. He also announced the orders given to the special services to eliminate all the leaders and their accomplices from Hamas, who are both in the gas sector and abroad. There are simply no ways to retreat with the Israeli authorities. They are immediately swept away. At the same time, the society supports the hostage rescue plan despite the fact that a truce can subsequently lead to the death of our soldiers. People understand that this is an inevitable fee for failure on October 7. If you can save at least children, old people and women, you need to pay this price. But so far I do not see with my own eyes how people are released, I will not believe any agreements.
