Altai: The programmer left Russia after the sentence of "discrediting"

According to Tugudina, after the sentence was entered, she was obliged to arrive at the correctional center for compulsory work with the retention of 10% of the income in favor of the state. “Since there was no such center in Gorno -Altaysk, I would probably be sent to Biysk (we are talking about a correctional center for women - Wed). But I refused because I did not want to fulfill this court decision, live in another city in a correctional center. I was called from the FSIN, I was in abroad. I think they can put me on the wanted list,” said Ai -Tana Tugudina.

According to a resident of the Altai Mountains, she left the country with a minor son, since the court decided to transfer to the child the guardianship authorities.

Ai-Tan Tugudin was convicted in August for comments on posts in a telegram. The examination confirmed the signs of "discredit" in one comment, where the author wrote that "Russia attacked Ukraine." “It was news that the woman was convicted of the help of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Someone wrote that because of such a woman, our guys were dying. I replied that this was not because of this woman, but because of those who started the war,” said Tugudina.

In April 2022, the programmer was fined 30 thousand rubles for a commentary in Telegram. “I was fined for writing that contractors could refuse and not go to fight in Ukraine. I don’t want the guys to die. And you, apparently, like that people are dying, you are fascists,” said Ai -Tana Tugudina.

In September 2023, the Memorial recognized Tugudin a political prisoner.
