The teacher for violence against children will judge in Kansk

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an investigation into a criminal case against an elementary school teacher at school No. 8 in Kansk, who hit a fourth-class student and called him a “moron,” the press service of the regional UK.

The psychologist-pedagogue is charged with an entry of improper performance of the obligations to educate in an educational organization (Article 156 of the Criminal Code).

As the investigation specifies, the teacher accused of violence has repeatedly applied strength to children. In September 2023, she hit the child with her head against the desk due to the fact that he was distracted and did not write down the training material in the notebook, and also pushed another student due to the fact that he spoke during the lesson. “The accused took the penalty at another boy and threw it into it,” the press service of the UK adds.

After the initiation of a criminal case, the teacher quit school. In the near future, the materials will be transferred to court.

• This is not the first case in Kansk, when a criminal case is initiated against the teacher under an inappropriate performance of duties. In October 2022, it became known about how a physical education teacher of school No. 5 made a capture of the neck of a 13-year-old teenager who allegedly did not obey him. In the child, bruises and scratches on the body were recorded.
