With the departure of Western brands in Russia, many market niches have been freed, which are now mainly mastered by Russian and Chinese businessmen. One of them is glossy magazines, because Tatler, Vogue, GQ and others in Russia no longer come out. But now the Muscovite magazine is published, from which it should be clear that while in Russia there is Suzdal and Sobyanin, no sanctions are scary to public.
The first issue of the Muscovite was released this November. It is published by the journal "Publishing House of Rare Books" (IRK), foundedby the owner of the mesh of the draw-up telegram channels and the former press secretary of our "Our" Christina Podment. The editor-in-chief of the magazine is Darina Alekseeva, the author of the telegram channel about the culture and secular life “Bakhchisarai carnations” (the motto of the channel was taken from the film “Brother” directed by Alexei Balabanov: “There will be grandmothers-come, protrude”). As Darina Alekseeva herself told us, the idea of the magazine belongs to the dancer and Nikita Tomilin, the former activist of the “Young Guard of United Russia”, the author of the popular video “Time to move to Russia”.
The creators of the Muscovite call her "post -administration gloss." According to two acquaintances, the dancer, the idea of the Muscovite was approved by the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. “We have no fashionable gloss, everyone has gone, we must show real import substitution, we are also fashionable, cool and rich,” the former editor of the Russian fashion magazine explains logic. As a rule, the dungeon is discussing his work with the first deputy head of the administration, Sergei Kiriyenko and the head of the Presidential Department of the Russian Federation for Public Projects Sergei Novikov, the main censor of Russian culture. The dug is the approval of the project with the administration does not confirm: “Why did you decide that I have to coordinate something with the presidential administration? A very strange question. "
Novikov personally visited the presentation of the magazine in the Vladey Gallery in mid -October - like the head ofthe Internet Development Institute , Alexei Gororevsky, the propagandist and head of the Dialog ANO Vladimir Tabak, the former head of the Moscow City Hall, the owner of the RBC holding Grigory Berezkin. In addition to dancing girls in kokoshniks, at the presentation they showed a video in which the main characters of the current secular metropolitan life are unanimously praised by “Larging Moscow” and its mayor, Sergei Sobyanin.
Three acquaintances of the dungeon claim that the release of the first issue of Muscovites IRK paid for independently. “We <...> Sergei Sobyanin love and praise absolutely disinterestedly. However, we are open for suggestions, ” says Darina Alekseeva in an interview with Feshen-blogger Madonna Moore.

Irk Potentchik registered in 2019, now Julia Barsanova is presented by his owner and director. From the leakage of data from Yandex food users, we can conclude that she is an employee of a dungeon (Barsanova ordered food to the Office of a Demeter in Armenian Lane). A woman with the same F.I. O. and the date of birth used to work in the district administration of the city of Vladimir, in the department of organizational and mass work and personnel. The hug is also from the Vladimir region. When asked why Julia Barsanova suddenly replaced her to Irk, the dancer did not answer, redirecting the question “lawyers”.
Any salary was offered: "Just tell me how much"
Glavred Darina Alekseeva is satisfied with her work. “On the veranda of the office of Kristina Poddchchik, where I work ... Vadim Vorkov [former commissar of“ ours ”, in the“ Moskvochka ”is represented as“ a cultural critic, political analyst, wit and bonvivan ”] interferes with the excellent Aperol-shpepets and excellent“ bloody Mary ”for dinner. Anyway, in our Armenian lane from the guests there is no end. Everyone comes - from governors to secular beauties, ”she writes in an article published in Muscovite about the“ places of power ”of the capital.
Despite this, the former editor of the Russian publication about fashion and social life recalls, to assemble a team of stylists and photographers who were ready to work in the magazine Particik, it was not easy: “They called people from abroad, and when one of them said that they were afraid to go to Russia, they answered:“ Don’t worry, we will guarantee complete security, we’ll arrange all. ” The salary is added by the interlocutor, any magazine was offered to the potential employees of the magazine: “Just tell me how much.”
Generity - not from a good life, explains the acquaintance of Darina: “As far as I know, it was difficult to find those who agree to make a shooting and stylize the shooting. Type, "to work in a pussy with this Kremlin bunny." Darina Alekseeva, however, told us that there were no difficulties with the search for employees.
In the “Team” section, the magazine is mentioned, among the others, the former editor-in-chief of the Russian Vogue Victoria Davydova, ex-editor of the Russian Tatler Albert Galeev and one of the veterans of the National-Bolshevik party Eduard Limonov, ex-employee of the magazines GQ and Glamor, former student of philosopher Alexander Dugin, Andrei Karagodin. None of them answered our questions.

“ On the pages of“ Muscovites ”, Muscovites in the jackets of Russian designers and Muscovites in Siberian gems are flanified between the Cosmoscow art fair, Suzdal and restaurants on the patriarchal ... All these jewelry, wine, salons of beauty, cars, restaurants, hotels opened, designed, built, sewed, organized ... These people were not afraid of sanctions and global Canseling, chose Russia, decided to stay to develop their country. The brilliance of the lights of Moscow restaurants, windows of boutiques, jewelry on the wrists are the radiance of just such people, ”explains in a letter to the editor -in -chief Darina Alekseeva.
For the first issue, the Muscovite made three different covers at once. Ksenia Shipilova, a former participant in the “Young Guard of United Russia”, was placed on one, and now the owner of the capital's beauty salon (“I was born near Odessa, my mother is a Bulgarian. But I always say that my country is Russia,” she explains “Moskvichka”). On the second cover, the mistress of the Crimean winery "Golden Balka" Snezhanna Georgieva, for the third cover, Sati Spivakova - the TV presenter and wife of the conductor and violinist Vladimir Spivakov starred.
In the section “Culture”, an interview with the new director of the Pushkin Museum Elizaveta Likhacheva was published - earlier it led the Schusev Museum of Architecture, and before that she was an employee of the Federal Migration Service and a participant in the Prochrevsky movement “Walking Together”, which was headed by Vasily Yakemenko; He also led the Prochrevsky movement “ours”, whose press secretary was a dungeon.
Suzdal is a city that has been on the "Fashion Osteen" for a thousand years
In the "Travels" section, all the pros and the Maldives and Seychelles are weighed all behind and against two resorts. So, Victoria Shelyagova, a wife close to Arkady Rotenberg, businessman Oleg Shelyagov (he is engaged in the funeral business), complains that on the Seychelles “very few steep hotels”. For this reason, Victoria explains, Shelyagov “had to buy” his own apartment at the resort. In the same section, Suzdal is praised - the city that has been on the "Fashion Oblast" for a thousand years.
The magazine has advertisers - the Moscow Automobile Plant "Moskvich", the company "Bosocas" of the owner of the GUM and the former member of the campaign headquarters Sergey Sobyanin, Mikhail Kusnirovich, several beauty salons and jewelry selling stores.
Irk publishes not only a magazine, but also books, for example, a new translation of “yesterday’s world” Stefan Zweig, the “court society” of the sociologist Norbert Elias and the diary of Korney Chukovsky (with a preface by a dungeon). “The dungeon has intellectual claims, and she tries to attract young intellectuals to her side with books,” explains our interlocutor in the book market.
