Vladimir Putin signed a decree allowing Rosneft and 45 affiliated companies to independently decide what information and to what extent they can disclose and what they cannot.
At the same time, companies will have to send information they conceal about their activities to the Central Bank. We are talking about Bashneft, Slavneft, Ufaorgsintez and others. The decree states that it was adopted due to the “need to take urgent measures in response to the unfriendly and contrary to international law actions of the United States and its associated foreign states.”
“Apparently, this is how Sechin reacted to the position of the Central Bank and the Moscow Exchange that companies and banks need to gradually return to the pre-war rules of information disclosure. The government decree, which allowed large businesses to independently decide what to publish and what not, became invalid on July 1, 2023,” noted journalists Farida Rustamova and Maxim Tovkailo in the Faridaily telegram channel.
Previously, Navalny’s team found out that the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin, was hidden in the tax service register under the pseudonym Sergei Terentyev. The passport and TIN numbers, as well as Terentyev’s date of birth, completely coincide with Sechin’s data, but in reality such a person does not exist.
