Human rights activists counted at least nine cases on November 30 when people in the capital were detained and sent to military registration and enlistment offices. Three men were taken from the street. One of them was on his way to work, and the other two were detained near the metro.

“I was taken to the military registration and enlistment office simply from the street. When I got out of the subway. Now I’m at the military registration and enlistment office, I passed the medical examination in 15 minutes, which was completely fake. No agenda. I’m waiting for military registration,” one of them told the “Walk through the Forest” project.

Another person was taken to the military registration and enlistment office with a high fever straight from the doctor’s office. “With a temperature of 39.4, they kept me in the military registration and enlistment office from 7 to 12 o’clock until I called an ambulance. They say you will go to serve, but the fact that you are sick and need medical help - they don’t care at all. My son went to see a doctor at the district clinic regarding sick leave. They created a commission of doctors from the clinic, said that there were no signs of illness, and took him away,” the man’s mother told human rights activists.

One person himself came to the military registration and enlistment office to clarify the data. “There was no summons, I came because at work they asked me to bring something assigned. I didn’t have one, although they opened a personal file. Today he was raised, and in one day he had a medical examination and a draft,” the man said.

A full-time student who is eligible for deferment was also reportedly called up one day.

The “Movement of Conscious Objectors” writes that on November 28, Sergei Komarov, born in 2003, was brought to the military registration and enlistment office of the Academichesky District of Moscow. He was also called up one day. “The young man submitted a certificate of training to the military registration and enlistment office, but they refused to accept it due to the fact that it was allegedly not in accordance with the form,” human rights activists report.

In addition, on November 30, the son of an opposition politician from Tula, a member of the regional “Memorial” Alexei Ritter, 20-year-old German, was taken to the military registration and enlistment office. about this Ritter wrote on VKontakte. Ritter writes that his son was “abducted by masked men” around ten in the morning.

The raids on conscripts take place against the backdrop of the autumn conscription, which began on October 1 and will continue for another month. According to Putin's decree, 130 thousand people aged 18 to 27 should be drafted into the army.
