This was announced by the speaker of the Chechen parliament Magomed Daudov. And the State Duma deputy from Chechnya Adam Delimkhanov said that he had already introduced Kadyrov Jr. to the personnel of the battalion.

The reward was received by Adam on October 6 from the hands of his father. The description says that such a title is awarded for outstanding merits to the Chechen Republic and its people, associated with the commission of heroic feat. In total, 23 hero stars were awarded.

In addition to Adam, the list is the security forces: police officers and Akhmat regiment. Many were awarded for merits during a special military operation. Ramzan Kadyrov himself has this title from December 26, 2022.

Order "Duslyk" ("Friendship") of the Republic of Tatarstan

You can, of course, look throughout this story as the most striking example of the depreciation of meanings inherent in modern Russia. Or - like a rough trolling of the Kremlin. It is not entirely clear why no one will stop this vanity fair: not before or the chairs are leaving?
