In the Tambov region, security forces opened a criminal case under the article on insulting the feelings of believers (Part 1 of Article 148 of the Criminal Code) against a local resident because of her actions in the video. This became known from a message from the Federal Investigative Committee demanding that Bastrykin provide a report on the progress of the investigation. The publication was noticed by the SOVA research center.
We are probably talking about blogger from Tambov Olesya Pavlova. In August, Pavlova held a “dirty” Mafia tournament in the courtyard of her own house, a variant of the game in which, among other things, obscene language is allowed. To greet the participants, the girl staged a performance, during which she was carried out into the courtyard in a coffin. She rose from the coffin in the garb of a nun with the words “In general, it’s convenient here, fuck, Christ is Risen! I told you it would be dirty." A video of this greeting appeared on the blogger’s Instagram.
A few days before the tournament, another organizer, businessman Movses Avetisyan, published a post introducing himself as “Holy Father Movsesius” and promising a discount “using the promo code “Jesus is risen and so am I.”
As the SOVA Center wrote, in October drew attention pro-Russian activists, including the Russian Community and Forty Forty movements, to Pavlova’s video. Their participants sent statements to law enforcement officers demanding that they check the blogger for violations of the article on insulting the feelings of believers.
Pavlova herself commented on the news of the initiation of the case to the Abireg publication. In it, she suggested that the case was related to her refusal to protest against the war in Ukraine and “put her head and ass under the batons.”
