The Zamoskvoretsky District Court returned to the police the materials of the administrative cases of two participants in the “Organizations of Communist Internationalists” event detained in Moscow. This was reported by OVD-Info lawyer Oscar Cherdzhiev, who represented their interests.
The name of one of them is Oleg Bulaev. Previously, protocols were drawn up against both of them under the article on disobedience to the police (Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
On December 1, in Moscow, police came to an event at the Chronos center in the Paveletskaya metro area. They allowed some participants to leave, and some of those who were considered organizers were kept in the center for some time. Later, the detainees were taken to the police department, where reports were drawn up against them. One of the men later said that security forces beat him.
