The eighth -grader Alina (the names and faces of minors are not published according to the law) carried a hunting rifle to the school in a tube and shot several times in classmates. According to the assistant Minister of Health Alexei Kuznetsov, one victim is in serious condition, four more - in a state of moderate severity. The child in serious condition was injured in the shoulder and knee, he is in intensive care. The remaining victims are also hospitalized with gunshot wounds. It is reported that the wounded schoolchildren are 14-15 years old, two of them may be sent for treatment to Moscow.

At the entrance to the school, metal detectors were installed, but they did not work , and Alina did not inspect the tube with weapons. The school was equipped with an alarming button brought to the post of centralized guard of the Russian Guard. She worked at 09:15. The first call to the police entered six minutes later - at 09:21. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case of murder (part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code).

Investigators interrogated Father Alina, and during interrogation he said that he did not notice the loss of weapons. Now he can face a criminal case for careless storage of firearms (Article 224 of the Criminal Code, maximum punishment - up to two years of colony). The investigation was also questioned by the director of the gymnasium Galina Sautkin.

Vladimir Putin did not comment on what happened. The Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said: “First you need to determine why those measures [security in schools] that have already been adopted did not work. Let's not forget that many measures were taken, they were all worked out by specialists. ”

Too quiet

The school says that Alina's family was "in good account." Father worked in a private security company, was fond of hunting and loved to shoot in banks. He taught his daughter to handle a pump gun.

Alina remained the twin sister Dasha. The sisters in a full family were brought up, neither they nor the parents were accounted for. But classmates describe Alina as a “strange and quiet” girl who did not communicate with anyone and did not conduct social networks.

Alina's class teacher, chemistry teacher Lyudmila Zhireshonkova also says that the girl was very closed: "She is even too quiet." According to Zhireshonkova, two months ago Alina had a conflict with other girls from the class: “We then met with parents. There was no reason as such. Alina’s mother, who worked as a head of the court, said that the last two days her daughter was “not her own”: “She almost did not talk, did not answer questions.” On the morning of December 7, going to school, not having breakfast, she said to her mother: "Not howl."
