Igor Baryshnikov, convicted of words, left the sentence unchanged and sent to the colony without treatment. He has cancer

The appeal of the Kaliningrad Regional Court left the sentence to Igor Baryshnikov, sentenced on June 22 by the judge of the Soviet District Court Olga Balandin to 7.5 years in prison for posts on social networks. According to the established tradition, the Baryshnikov was sent to IR No. 8 of Kaliningrad on December 8, on Friday, that is, lawyers will be able to give him the necessary things and medicines no earlier than Monday.

Baryshnikov moves inside the system of execution of punishments with cystoma (medical tube) in the abdomen and a plastic bag for collecting urine. The tube must be washed daily, its pollution is dangerous for the patient’s life, and one such poisoning in the conditions of a pre -trial detention center has already happened to him.

A periodically invited surgeon-urologist changes the pipe without anesthesia, since its conduct in the proposed conditions is impossible.

An indicator of the PSA analysis (a simple -specific antigen -free antigen), with a norm of not more than 4.5 in March, showed 9 units from Baryshnikov, and just taken 17. Most likely, this indicates the development of a cancer tumor, however, a biopsy (a fabric of a tumor), which would confirm or refute the diagnosis, in the conditions of the FSIN Baryshnikov.

Several thousand letters sent by different people to law enforcement agencies of the Kaliningrad region with a demand to release Baryshnikov from punishment related to deprivation of liberty until they made any impression there. On (...) it happens worse, so why should an anti-tuned oncological patient extract any advantages from his illness?

Baryshnikova’s mother (the victim of the Holocaust), for whom the son looked after, died shortly after his detention. The oncologist, who was humanly treating him during the period of subscription about the loss of leave, was subjected to ostracism from the regional medical community and is already outside the borders of the Russian Federation. Lawyers continue the struggle for the liberation of Baryshnikov from punishment of imprisonment.
