For two years, an activist from Crimea has been organizing the grass of those who do not support the war: he makes people apologize to the camera and achieves criminal cases to initiate criminal cases against them

In early November, the ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Irina Farion, published in her telegram channel a screenshot of a letter from a Crimean student who supported the refusal to use the Russian language in Ukraine. Thanks to the publication of the former official of the Crimean Smersh Telegram channel, designated in the description as the “Register of Russophobes, Ukronacists and Travelers of the Motherland,” found a young man and made him apologize for the cell. Farion received a wave of condemnation for the deanonymization of the sender of the letter, several criminal cases were instituted in Ukraine, including for violating the secrets of the correspondence and inviolability of private life. From a social activist - to a fighter with "Zhdans"

Alexander Talipov is a Crimean public activist, fame came to him in 2014 after the so -called Crimean spring. Then the man took the position of adviser to the First Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Mikhail Sheremet and began to fight illegal buildings on the Black Sea coast as part of the Clean Coast program. Talipov was a real thunderstorm of Crimean officials and contrasted himself with corrupt representatives of the authorities.

In 2015, he was disappointed in his work, left his position and finally entrenched in the status of the Crimean oppositionist, openly criticizing officials.

Talipov was looking for information not only on his own and with the support of Crimeans, but also actively collaborated with the security forces of the peninsula, who shared the necessary information with him.

After the beginning of the full -scale invasion of Russia to Ukraine, Talipov decided to tell what he did before the Crimean spring. According to the creator of Smersh, he served in the border service of Ukraine, and is now in the status of a reserve major who at any moment is ready to go to war. However, Talipov considers himself more useful on the so -called information front. To engage in the exposure of “Zhdunov” - as he calls those who did not express any position regarding the war - or the former social activist became her who condemned it since March 2022: first in his main channel, and then in a separate one , which he called Smersh and dedicated the persecution and identification of the lady residents of the peninsula.

What is SMERSH?

SMERSH - reduction from “death to spies” - a common name for different counterintelligence bodies of the USSR that appeared during the Second World War. The SMERSH function was to fight spies, saboteurs, anti -Soviet, traitors, traitors and deserters, as well as check those who were captured by the enemy. SMERSH actually performed the functions of the secret police in the rear and at the front, and was also the successor of the Stalinist terror in the countries of Eastern Europe. SMERSH did not possess powers for the sentences, all reprisals against the “traitors” were extra -court and were not protocolized, and therefore it is not possible to evaluate the scale of SMERSHA victims and calculate the “traitors of the Motherland”. Formally, Smersh ceased to exist on May 4, 1946, and was actually transformed into the 3rd Main Directorate of the USSR Ministry of State Security.

The channel lived for six months, after which it was blocked due to numerous complaints about the violation of the rules for using Telegram: it was not only in inciting hatred, but also in the publication of personal data-links to accounts in different social networks, phone numbers and sometimes even addresses, up to the exact number of the apartment. On the same day, a new channel was created - the Crimean Smersh, which lived longer than its predecessor, but was blocked on December 1, 2023 thanks to the call of the former employee of Navalny’s headquarters in Krasnodar, Alipat Sultanbegova, actively complain about the channel.

The next day, Talipov created a new similar channel that is now actively working. In addition, throughout Russia and in the occupied territories, their own units of Smersha appeared, which, with varying degrees of intensity, continue the case of Talipov. True, some "departments" lasted less than a month.

How Smersh works

The first victim of Talipov’s persecution in March 2022 was the Commissioner for Human Rights in Crimea Larisa Opanasyuk, whose daughters Anna and Maria ( better known as the Ukrainian musical duet “Anna-Maria”.- Approx. Ed. ) Supported Ukraine. The seeker of "traitors" demanded that Ombudsmen support the war or leave the position. Talip regularly presented similar requirements for other officials . This tactic worked with varying success: someone was really fired , and someone retained neutrality to the last. Opanasyuk voluntarily resigned the powers in May 2023, and in October of the same year she died , never spoke out about the war.

The first major “success” of Talipov was the abolition of the concert of the “There” group in Simferopol on April 2, 2022 due to the anti-war statement by the frontman Alexei Kortnev, which the artist allegedly refuted . Then, the exposure of Zhdunov began to act more and more actively: with personal efforts and with the support of subscribers, he brought the annexed Crimea to the leaders by the number of the established administrative and criminal cases under the article on discrediting: 318 were instituted here, 47 for comparison, 861 cases were instituted in Moscow, 372 in St. Petersburg-372 affairs.

Talipov exposed many “Russophobes”: the local winemaker Nikita Abalikhina, an eighth -grader from Kherson, living in Crimea, a teacher of photography. It even got a pensioner selling Roshen chocolates in one of the Simferopol crossings - they say, this is also the whole discredit of the RF Armed Forces, although, judging by the comments of subscribers to the post with photographs, we can confidently say that this trade began long before the “special operation”. However, the list of "traitors" is not over and is being conducted to this day.

Talipov’s mechanism is quite simple. If the victim becomes an object of interest of law enforcement agencies, then it is subjected to persecution for a day or two, and after two or three days in the channel you can usually see an apology.

In less than a week, Talipov, as a rule, already writes a post about how exactly traitors or “Zhdunov” was punished. But this works only in those situations when the crime is in the words or actions of the victim.

If the “guilty” owns any business, then a check often begins with a light hand of a social activist. So, on June 11, 2022, at one of the maintenance stations (STO), the Russian military refused to replace the wheels, motivating this with the lack of technical ability to serve a truck. On June 13, in the Talipov channel, a video clarification of the owner of the maintenance station was released , in which he clearly showed that the replacement of the wheel of a truck is really impossible technically. On the same day, the social activist promised to conduct an audit that the plot under a hundred is listed in the register as individual residential construction, and the building itself - as a residential building. On August 10, information was received that the building was ultimately demolished.

Checks began with other "traitors". In the Feodosia Pintball club "Barracuda" on January 8, 2023 the next match was held. After the game, one of the markers present at the training ground wrote on a car designed for painting: “Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes! " On the same day, Talipov posted the contact details of Anna Krasnovskaya, who wrote the slogan, and her friends Natalia Morozova, who also got into the frame. On January 9, 2023, an apology appeared in the telegram channel of the social activist with the scheduled consequences for each of the girls: “Comrade Major said that all participants in the event were established, three protocols were drawn up. On Krasnovskaya under Art. 20.3.3 (discrediting the army) and under Art. 20.3 part 1 (public demonstration of prohibited symbols). There will be checks of income sources, in particular business and the legality of its conduct. Morozova is attracted under Art. 20.3.3, a service check at the place of work at the school was also carried out, will be dismissed. An operator who shot the video is also installed will also be consequences for him. ” On January 10, a court took place, as a result of which Krasnovskaya received two fines of 30 and 7 thousand rubles, Morozov - one fine of 30 thousand rubles, the operator - 30 thousand rubles. A protocol was drawn up on the owner of the paintball club for discrediting the army for placing a video about the looting of the Kadyrovites in Mariupol in a telegram channel on 147 subscribers.

At the same time, Talipov flaunts with his impunity: he says that criminal cases in Ukraine do not bother him, and attempts to attract the “exposure” itself for inciting ethnic growth are useless.

I denote Ukrainians “kastyrole -headed” and stated that there are a lot of fagots among Ukrainians ... disrespectful fagots from the salorech, but give a damn about your complaints, teach the anthem of Russia, it will come in handy in the near future! ” - shares with talip subscribers. According to Talipov, the state acts with people who do not approve of "his" is too humane: “We must take the experience of the Zaporizhzhya region and expel Zhdunov from Russia! Waiting for ZSU? Do you consider Crimea and liberated territories by Russia? Are you opposing the army and the state? Passport in hand and running on the territory still temporarily occupied by Ukraine. True, Russia will soon be there soon, so you are doomed, rats, to run forever! Enough to fine them and record an apology, I do not need them! Let them go from Russia and the point! "

I'm not the only one in Crimea, they are just afraid here

Novyevropov managed to talk with some victims of Talipov’s persecution. One of the main features uniting all the interlocutors - before the start of persecution, none of them heard either SMERSHA, and even more so about Talipov.

So, one of the victims says that she learned about the former social activist after drawing up the protocol in the discredit case when she saw a “dossier” in a telegram channel:

“He collected information, immediately submitted everything to the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation,” the girl shares the assumption. - Normal people for me and in general conversations always support the same point of view as me. This is not so much my point of view as the point of view of truth, justice. But the problem is that for this administrative arrest in Crimea. And if you continue to insist on your own, then this [reaches] up to a criminal case.

The Crimean entrepreneur, who became a victim of Talipov, said that the reason for the close attention to him was the conflict shot in the video between him and the owner of the car regarding the sticker in the car in support of the war. The owner of the car during the dispute insulted the entrepreneur and in response received a slap in the face.

After this conflict, the FSB came to the man, the data was transferred to the Investigative Committee, which started a criminal case. Further, according to the entrepreneur,

“Search, seizure of equipment, setting fire to handcuffs to burn the wrists” followed. So the man was forced to write a statement about a confession and agree to make a video with repentance

And apologies, which they promised not to publish anywhere, but published the next day. Six months later, the court took place. A week after the court, according to Talipov’s publications, the entrepreneur had to participate in the local forum. The social activist considered that the man should not be allowed to participate in the event for dislike for the Russian military.

The entrepreneur himself tells a slightly different version of events:

- I was called to this forum, but I was left to make a decision on participation. I was not going there because this format did not seem useful and interesting to me. These all [painting threats] were apologized: they say, let's remove it. This did not affect my decision to participate [in the forum]. I initially did not plan [there]. When they managed to “remove” me from the forum, they wrote a joyful post about it. I neighing. It seems that the information stream of shit is over. Two weeks later, I went to the forum in Moscow, despite the pressure of these jerks, which, under fictional names and left avatars, water people shit.

Another Crimean entrepreneur, who, on the tip of Talipova, collapsed spam from the messages of the ill -wishers, like his other victims, did not know before the activities of SMERSHA. She did not lose her clients because of this story.

“Fortunately, my clients are not limited and understand that my [civilian] position and work are different things,” the girl says. - And with flawed people who have nothing to do, I prefer not to communicate. I just don't understand those men and women who are far over 40 and who write me nasty things.

They think that I will pay or change my point of view, will I apologize? No, this will not happen. I do not force people to believe in what I believe in, or to love what [I love].

I do not go to rallies and do not recruit people, I do not give a damn [to someone else's opinion]. I am not the only one in Crimea, they are just afraid here: freedom of speech is prohibited, since people are afraid of a rebellion upstairs.

The persecution of those Crimeans who are now outside the peninsula did not go around. The status of the victim, the occupation, age - nothing matters to Talipov and his subscribers. So, in the channel the personal data of Tamila Tasheva, a regular representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, were merged. Tasheva refused to comment on this story.

“Talipov’s actions will be given to Ukrainian law enforcement agencies,” she said.

"Lousing sheep that spoil the picture"

On the air of the Popular Front, Alexander Talipov explained how he sees his tasks himself: “The idea of ​​the emergence of the Crimean Smersha arose in March 2022 after the beginning of his own, when [appeared] more and more people who not only expressed their opinion, but actively counteracted and discredited the Russian authorities, the Russian army, and the course of his own. Then the idea arose to identify these persons and attract the attention of law enforcement agencies to them, so the corresponding channel was created, which published a huge number of [data] of such people and brought to logical completion, when [the personality] of these people were established and prosecuted. The multiple apologies that you see on the network is the result of this work. I am saying that we do not need an apology to these persons.

The promotion of these stories [is needed] so that other persons think 300 times whether they should do this publicly or you still need to understand that we live in the Russian legal field. ”

Talipov believes that his activity is completely welcomed and supported by the Crimeans and not only. “I believe that there are no harmless Zhdans. As practice shows, any person who, being in the territory of the Russian Federation, sympathizes with another state who is waiting for the arrival of foreign troops to your territory, is a potential saboteur. Therefore, these harmless yellow-clack ribbons that they expose in their profiles, UA icons, which they hang on their cars, yellow-blue curtains in the windows of houses are all the indicators that they send to the special services of Ukraine: look, I am mine, I am here ... We look forward to the Crimea of ​​the first people, the so-called Zhdunov, we will deprive citizenship, ” So describes the talipes of those with whom he fights.
