404 Media reported that in November 2023, a man without a ticket and passport arrived at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). He introduced himself as Sergey Ochigava and said that he was a Russian economist. Sergei, according to him, had two citizenships - Russia and Israel, but he could not provide any documents to the law enforcement services.
