“Two of them are charged with five counts of sexual assault against one minor and one count against two minors, and the third defendant is charged with four counts against one minor,” he said.

There are a total of 12 episodes of violence in the case. Two children were recognized as victims. At the same time, according to Krasnov, the accused “categorically deny their guilt.”

In mid-April 2023, the Chkalovsky District Court of Yekaterinburg arrested a 16-year-old student of closed special school No. 124 in the case of sexualized violence against a 12-year-old schoolboy. Then it became known that one of the students ran away and spoke about beatings and rapes in the institution.

According to him, one of the special school teachers conducted so-called “comradely trials.” Several teenagers of different ages took part in them, including children who were “guilty” of something. During the voting, the children decided what to do with the “accused”: “to kill”, “to kill” or to let go. “The highest measure is to “shut down.” This is when they can piss on you, have anal sex, oral sex,” said the runaway student.

According to the escaped teenager, he himself was not subjected to similar punishments. However, at the end of September 2022, he witnessed sexualized violence against a 12-year-old pupil of the institution.

The Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of the Sverdlovsk Region announced in April that the director of special school No. 124 was suspended from work. Later it became known that a case of negligence was opened against her.
