“Historical failure”: human rights organizations criticized EU plans about the new asylum system

“The EU new migration agreement will put an end to individual law on the shelter and will lead to an even greater number of deaths at sea,” 17 human rights organizations made such a statement in response to a preliminary agreement of European countries on the general system of asylum.
