A Ura.news source in law enforcement agencies said that a 13-year-old schoolgirl ran away from home. The detained policeman was conducting a search. “So he scammed her: he brought her home and entered into an intimate relationship. […] The relationship with the schoolgirl was by mutual consent, which in no way saves the policeman from responsibility,” the publication’s interlocutor said.

Ura.news notes that the operative is 33 years old. He is married and has a small child.

In November, a court in Irkutsk accused former investigator and lawyer Alexei Tropov of raping and murdering a girl he helped search for in 2007. Tropov was sentenced to 22 years in a maximum security colony.
