Russia carried out the most massive shelling of Ukraine in recent months

At least seven major cities were attacked: Kiev, Lviv, Odessa, Kharkov, Dnepr, Konotop and Rivne. The air raid warning on Ukrainian territory lasted almost three hours.

According to Yuri Ignat, a representative of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, during the attack Russia used all types of missiles and drones, except for the Caliber missiles. In particular, we are talking about hypersonic missiles “Dagger”, S-300, as well as aircraft Kh-22 or Kh-32 and drones . In addition, about 18 strategic bombers launched X-101/X-505 missiles.

According to President Vladimir Zelensky, the Russian army fired about 110 missiles at Ukraine , most of which were shot down.

The missiles hit civilian targets . In Kiev, a military shell fell on a high-rise building, and the Lukyanovskaya metro station was also damaged. In Lvov, a rocket hit a residential building, and after the strike, a fire started in one of the city’s lyceums. In Dnepr, a shopping center came under fire, causing a fire; a maternity hospital and a private house were also damaged.

At least twelve people were killed in the attack : five in the Dnipropetrovsk region, two in Odessa, two in Kiev, and one each in Lviv , Zaporozhye and Kharkov . There are several times more casualties - in Kyiv alone there are at least 18 wounded, in Odessa - about one and a half dozen, in Zaporozhye - about ten. In addition, in Zaporozhye, people remain under rubble.
