The Lefortovo District Court of Moscow suspended for 90 days the activities of the Mutabor club, which hosted an “almost naked” party with the participation of celebrities. This is reported by "Caution News".
This decision was made in connection with the administrative liability of the ART Center company, which owns the club, under the article on violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for catering for the population (Article 6.6 of the Administrative Code).
The protocol was drawn up by the chief sanitary doctor of the South-Eastern District of Moscow. The reason was that one of the club's visitors allegedly poisoned himself with beer. Two representatives of Rospotrebnadzor participated in the trial.
“Caution, News” notes that “Mutabor” operates a cashless system, which involves payment through a special club card on which you can top up your account. Receipts are not issued under this system, and it is impossible to track that the victim drank beer at the club.
On December 20, the Mutabor club hosted a party for blogger Nastya Ivleeva with an “almost naked” dress code. After it began, the pro-government movements “Forty Forties”, “Call of the People” and FPBC (“Federal Project for Security and Anti-Corruption”) began writing mass denunciations. Activists called the party "obscurantism" and "sodomy" at a time when Russia is waging a "special military operation." In response to the scandal, television channels began to cut off the air performances of party participants, for example, singer Lolita Milyavskaya; some, like Philip Kirkorov, Dima Bilan and Ksenia Sobchak, issued public apologies.
One of the party participants, rapper VACÍO, came to the event wearing one sock pulled over his genitals. Soon the musician was detained by police, and on December 22, the capital’s court arrested him for 15 days under the article of petty hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). At the same time, VACÍO was fined 200 thousand rubles under the article on “propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations” (Part 3 of Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code) - because of one of his music videos.
After being released from the special detention center, the rapper was re -detained and arrested for 10 days. He was again charged with petty hooliganism. According to Moskovsky Komsomolets, during a conversation with a policeman, a young man swore at the provocateurs from the party, which became the reason for drawing up another protocol.
