The Houthis will attack American ships along with Israeli ones off the coast of Yemen. This was stated by the representative of the movement Nasreddin Amer.
“The ship doesn’t have to be Israeli for us to attack it. It’s enough for him to be American,” Amer said.
The Houthi spokesman also said that the group now considers all US and British warships to be “legitimate targets” due to the massive strikes carried out on Yemen on the night of January 12.
On the afternoon of January 15, it also became known that the Gibraltar Eagle cargo ship, owned by a US company and flying the flag of the Marshall Islands, was attacked by a ballistic missile. The attack caused a fire on board, which was extinguished; none of the crew were injured.
