According to RIA Novosti, the investigation believes that Chancel Francine Kukui, “who has a negative and hostile attitude toward representatives of government bodies of the Russian Federation,” did not agree with “the main directions of the state’s domestic and foreign policy.” The girl allegedly “had the criminal intent of an illegitimate violent seizure of state power in the Russian Federation.” According to the security forces, she posted “calls for revolution in Russia” on her VKontakte page and also called on “other users to beat up law enforcement officers, fight the current government and donate money to Ukraine.”
