On Wednesday, the judge of the Baymak District Court of Bashkortostan Elina Tagirova sentenced activist Fail Alsynov to the four years of the general regime in the case of inciting interethnic growth, excited at the request of the head of the republic Radiy Khabirov. According to the analysis of the Agency, Tagirova is a hereditary judge - her mother also works in the judicial system of the republic. The father of the judge is a manager of one of the subsidiaries of Rostec, and his brother works as an actor of the American theater in Moscow, loves to travel around the United States.

Details . 37-year-old Elina Tagirova-a native of the Republic of Bashkortostan (city of Birsk). According to leaks, she began her judicial career with the post of assistant in the Supreme Court of Bashkortostan-since 2012 it indicated this in different documents, in 2016-2017 she submitted from this position a declaration with an income of about 450 thousand rubles a year. In April 2021, Vladimir Putin appointed Tagirov to the current position.
