The police detained Alexander Silakov in Moscow, who stood at a picket demanding to correct the injustice: the man says that someone took away his business and apartment. Silakov himself told OVD-Info about the detention.

21:45 Silakov told the lawyer that he was detained around 10 am. The police took him to the Tverskoy District Court, but he returned the report, after which the man was returned to the department. At the same time, neither he nor the lawyer are explained the reasons for the detention and are not allowed to look at the protocol. On January 19, Alexander Silakov was again detained near the Prosecutor General’s Office building with a poster: “I ask you to return the business that was taken from me and the apartment for my young child.” Silakov himself told OVD-Info about this.
The arrest took place at half past seven in the morning, the man was taken to the Tverskoy police station.

The Tverskoy Court of Moscow found him guilty under the article on participation in an uncoordinated public event that resulted in interference with the movement of pedestrians and vehicles (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). This is how they qualified a single picket with a poster “Citizens BANDITS from Petrovka 14 and 22! Return my business and the apartment of my young child that you seized. Hang out the Jolly Roger flag!”, which the man held on January 17.
It follows from the protocol that the man was detained because another person, whose name was not specified, participated in his picket. Both Silakov and his lawyer believe that the second person was specially assigned to him as a reason for his arrest. Silakov noted that the second person had a text taped to his back that spoke of defrauded shareholders in the TiNAO, although Silakov is not one. At the same time, the mention of the TiNAO indicates that the provocateur knew about the situation of the detainee.
