
The Tagansky court of Moscow and the Vsevolozhsk City Court of the Leningrad Region received two claims because of the “naked” party, TASS and RIA Novosti reported. The amount of requirements for each claim is a billion rubles.

A lawsuit in the Vsevolozhsk city court of the Leningrad region, according to RIA Novosti, citing a representative of the plaintiff, filed a native of the city of Zlatoust, the Chelyabinsk region, she is also a representative of the “religious fraternity of Morozov-Zlatoust”. She claims that the party caused her “moral, physical suffering, feelings of hopelessness, doom, fear for the future of her children, grandchildren, for the future of Russia.”
A group of citizens led by producer Alexander Inshakov filed a collective lawsuit in the Tagansky court of Moscow. It also refers to the "moral suffering" of the plaintiffs. The defendants in the lawsuit announced Anastasia Ivleeva and the party participants.
Context. On December 20 and 21, a party of TV presenter Nastya Ivleeva was held at the Moscow club Mutabor, on which the dress code of Almost Naked (almost naked) operated. Show business figures took part in it, who, after the party attracted the attention of the Kremlin, were forced to apologize for the camera.
The party participant rapper Vacio was arrested for 15 days, he was accused of LGBT propaganda and petty hooliganism. And the Mutabor club was closed for 90 days due to "violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements."
