The Russian Ministry of Justice published a list of “fascist organizations” and their attributes. They included the slogan “Glory to Ukraine” and the answer “Glory to the Heroes”, as well as the “Trizub of Vladimir the Great”, depicted on the emblem of Ukraine.

Formally, the list is called “The list of organizations provided for in Article 6 of the Federal Law“ On perpetuating the victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 ”, as well as the paraphernalia and symbols of these organizations”. These provisions of the law are mentioned by organizations that collaborated with groups found “criminal or guilty of crimes in accordance with the sentence of the Nuremberg Tribunal,” as well as “denying the facts and conclusions established by the verdict of the Nuremberg Tribunal”. The list includes four organizations:

• Ukrainian folk revolutionary army (UNRA)
• Ukrainian rebel army (UPA)
• Ukrainian folk self -defense (UNS)
• Organization of Ukrainian nationalists (OUN)

In addition, the list indicated the “paraphernalia and symbolism” of these organizations. In particular, the slogan “Glory to Ukraine” and the answer “Glory to the Heroes”, as well as the “Trizub of Vladimir the Great”, which is depicted on the emblem of Ukraine, included there.
