The Russian Ministry of Justice (10 years later) created a register of "fascist organizations" and their attributes. It included the greeting "Glory to Ukraine" - "Glory to the Heroes"

The Russian Ministry of Justice has included four Ukrainian organizations in the list of organizations that either collaborated with those convicted at the Nuremberg Tribunal or deny Nazi crimes. TASS was the first to report on the creation of the "list of Nazi organizations."

The list, which appeared on the Ministry of Justice website on January 18, is officially called “The list of organizations specified in parts three and four of Article 6 of the federal law “On the perpetuation of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945,” as well as the attributes and symbols of these organizations.”

The list mentions four organizations, all of which were included on January 17:

• Ukrainian People's Revolutionary Army (UNRA),
• Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA),
• Ukrainian People's Self-Defense (UNS),
• Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN).

The list also mentions the slogans of these organizations, including the greeting "Glory to Ukraine" and the response "Glory to the Heroes." In addition, the document mentions the paraphernalia of the organizations, such as the Trident of Prince Vladimir, depicted on the coat of arms of modern Ukraine.

In the law “On the perpetuation of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War,” a clause on a special list of organizations appeared in November 2014, and the Russian government approved the procedure for maintaining the register in June 2015.

• The Ukrainian Insurgent Army, the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and the Ukrainian People's Self-Defense have been declared "extremist" organizations in Russia and banned in the Russian Federation.
