In annexed Donetsk, a market in the Tekstilshchik microdistrict came under artillery fire. As a result, at least 13 people were killed and ten more were injured. This was announced by the head of the annexed Donetsk region, Denis Pushilin, appointed by the Russian authorities.
“Operational services are working on the spot, information about the dead and injured continues to arrive and is being clarified, and a search for fragments of weapons is underway,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
In turn, the mayor of the city, Alexei Kulemzin, appointed by the Russian authorities, wrote about 12 dead. According to the local telegram channel “ChP Donetsk Z,” about two dozen 155-mm artillery shells fell in the market area. The publication claims that in 30 minutes six artillery attacks of three or four shells were recorded.
