The last scrap

And the point is not in the dead cat Twix, but in relation to the defenseless, the concern for which can save us from dividing

On January 20, Twix’s home cat, thrown out by the conductor from the train in the Kirov region (despite the separate ticket purchased by him), was found dead. Death came from bites and frostbite. The governor of the region thanked more than 300 volunteers who were looking for a sufferer. Bastrykin instructed to conduct an audit. The company "Russian Railways" temporarily removed the conductor from work. The reaction of the authorities was the result of the unexpected activity of citizens - throughout the country they expressed anxiety, sympathy and demanded to dismiss a heartless conductor, signing a petition.

These millions of sympathizers caused a reaction that supporting their patriots and Z-bloggers that can not be called human. The leading channels with hundreds of thousands of subscribers literally came into the indignation of the explained properties: at a time when fighters die at the front, and in the cities of Donbass, civilians, millions of Russians did not find a good word for them. But for the cat - please!

Meanwhile, 60 years ago, sociologists in England noted that her Majesty’s subjects regret homeless animals much more than homeless people. In the first place, according to the questionnaires, they always had not sympathy for just those who were just in trouble (no matter what reason), but sympathy for defenseless.

It is the inability to protect oneself, to overcome circumstances by action for a normal person outweigh suffering directly.

And in terms of defenselessness, pets in the circumstances in which Twix got into small children who only learned to walk. An adult, no matter how he suffers, is always responsible for his life and actions, adequate threats. He is in a deliberately strongest position next to pets, children, old people in dementia and insane. Therefore, for me, the reaction of millions of compatriots is good news.

Yesenin wrote about that in 1924: "And the beast, as our smaller brothers, never beat on the head." The moral response in Russia, in reading these lines, has been affirmed for a hundred years for a hundred years before suffering. It is strange that a huge number of bloggers, with obvious complacency that try on the role of mentors, do not know their own people so much.

That is how a special military operation proved to everyone that people on both sides of the front continue to resist the division of the power of the massacre. This was not in the military history of the New Age. Until recently, during the war in Afghanistan, the military USSR condemned the medieval practice of the Mujahideen, when they arranged ambushes, using Soviet wounded as a bait.

Today, according to official duties, I literally force myself to read, like Russian and Ukrainian military, as well as sofa patriots in Moscow and Kyiv in social networks, they are losing a video where they mock the wounded, and much more do ... The nationalism of the current spill deduced all the principles of humanism from the minds. Hundreds of thousands of people in social networks rejoice at the torment of enemy soldiers, their malevolent comments are disgusting. The authorities of the two powers try not to notice this savagery. It is believed that the disconnection of the enemy by the methods of industrial propaganda helps fighters easier to kill the enemy and politically consolidates society.

But even a fighter, squeezed by circumstances, resists this. He, without realizing, still seeks to remain a man, and animals help him. From the very beginning, photos and videos of fighters with cats and kittens, puppies and dogs began to appear in Russian and Ukrainian social networks.

Very quickly, the trend gained the power of the flood. And today, all blogs are clogged without exaggeration by hundreds of thousands of photos, where the furry "children of the regiment" pose with the military. So people are trying to prove to themselves and loved ones that the last scraping of civilization lives in them - sympathy for defenseless. If you cannot see in a prime or wounded enemy of a person, at least not a person.

On each battery, in any battalion, including right on the front line, caring owners gained many stray cats and dogs. They equally understand Mova and Russian, are equally grateful to everyone for salvation and shelter.

Not on the correct distribution of gender roles and not on the “right” church, as propaganda assures us, the last hope of people hangs. She holds on to these paws and gullible eyes defenseless.

This is our last scrap. But whether it will cross the next generation is unknown.
