A criminal case was opened against a resident of the Abzelilovsky district of Bashkortostan, Dim Bulyakbaev, for mass riots (Article 212 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the activist support group.
Bulyakbaev was detained in Ufa on January 23. His relatives started a collection to pay for a lawyer.

On January 23, the court sent Ilshat Ulyabaev, Galim Zamanov, Akhmet Yakupov and Akhat Gibadullin to pre-trial detention center-1 in Ufa until March 17. All of them are charged with participation in mass riots (Part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code).
Earlier it became known that Dayan Valeev and Rayat Davletbaev were arrested for the same period . In addition to participating in mass riots, they are charged with using violence against security forces (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code). The meeting took place on January 21, they will serve their arrest in the same pre-trial detention center, the court’s press service clarifies .
20:44 On January 23, a resident of the village of Stary Sibai, Khalid Ishkuvatov, was searched in connection with the case of mass riots (Article 212 of the Criminal Code), he himself was detained and taken to Ufa. His wife Zalia Ishkuvatova reported this to OVD-Info.
The woman is on maternity leave and has announced a fundraising effort to pay for a lawyer.
January 25 On the website of the Sovetsky District Court of Ufa, a list of those accused in the case of mass riots appeared , who were chosen as a preventive measure in the form of arrest.
The day before, on January 24, the court sent Dim Bulyakbaev, Khalid Ishkuvatov, Aytugan Malabaev and Ilnur Khazhiev, as well as Danis Akhmetov and Alfinur Rakhmatullina , about whom we wrote earlier, to pre-trial detention center.
Thus, to date, 16 criminal cases are known to have been initiated in connection with the national gathering.

On January 30, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan approved a preventive measure in the form of detention for Ilshat Ulyabaev. This was reported by the ZHR telegram channel.
It is clarified that the court did not take into account that the man admitted guilt and is ready to cooperate with the investigation. In addition, Ulyabaev has eight minor children, and his wife has been diagnosed with cancer.
According to the court’s website , the man is charged with three articles: organizing and participating in mass riots (Parts 1 and 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code) and using violence against a representative of the authorities (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
The title has been changed due to new information. The names of the persons involved in the case, who became known to OVD-Info from their relatives, have been added.

On the day of Fail Alsynov’s sentencing, his associates gathered at the court. After the verdict was announced, security forces began to detain protesters, and clashes began.
