Ilyas Baiguskarova was sent to a pre -trial detention center in the case of participation in the riots

Activist Ilyas Baiguskarov was arrested until March 17 in a criminal case of participation in the riots, his lawyer Radmir Saniev told “important stories”.

Earlier, Baiguskarov received seven days of administrative arrest for organizing an inconsistent rally. The activist had to be released at midnight on January 25, but now he will go to the pre -trial detention center directly from the special receiver.

On January 17, during protests near the court building in Baimak, Baiguskarov called on the audience to disperse and not provoke a conflict with the security forces. On January 18, he was detained.
