On the day of the death of a resident of Bashkortostan, the UK tried to arrest him in Moscow under the article on participation in the riots

The central apparatus of the Investigative Committee was going to achieve in the Moscow court the arrest of a resident of Bashkortostan Rifat Dautov in the case of protests, but he died after the arrest. This became known to Mediazone.

On January 26, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow received petitions for the arrest of 37-year-old Dautov and two more people- the emigrated co-founder of the Bashkurt organization Ruslan Gabbasov and a davit participant in Baymak Samat Davletov at one time with Dautov.

As a result, the 34-year-old Davletov was arrested, and in relation to the 44-year-old Gabbasov, a decision was made on absentee arrest. In the case of the deceased Dautov, Judge Natalia Dudar stopped production at the request.

In addition, as Mediazon was convinced, from January 22, Dautov was wanted.

The Rifata Dautov was detained late in the evening of January 25 in Bashkortostan in the criminal case of participation in the "riots" (part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code). According to relatives, Dautov was not at the gathering of the court in the city of Baymak, because of which they opened a criminal case, but was only present during the joint of solidarity with the detainees in Ufa.

Dautov’s sister Zagali Akhmadieva said that OMON fighters grabbed a man in a remote village of new Chebenki and took him in an unknown direction. The next day, January 26, the district police officer came to Dautov’s parents and called their body identification.

According to the sister, at first relatives were not allowed into the morgue, citing the fact that this is needed for this, but on January 27 they still managed to identify the body. At the same time, according to his sister, the family still does not know the cause of death; They were told that "the conclusion will be in 30-40 days."

Several anonymous pro-government telegram channels brought their version. The Channel "Operavka of the Republic of Belarus" claimed that the man "died of surrogate alcohol and related heart failure."

The Texas Khabirova channel wrote that they allegedly came to the conclusion of the forensic examination on Dautov’s poisoning with alcohol. In the above quote, it was separately emphasized that the man had no traumatic damage. Relations were not shown to relatives.

The authors of Texas Khabirov also posted a video of a video with people who claim to be detained that night and saw Dautov. According to them, Dautov was drunk, “barely stood on his feet”, he was “sick” and, as a result, he “stopped breathing”; “Blood” or traces of beating on it “was not”. All videos were shot in administrative buildings.

Relatives deny this version and say that the man did not drink. After the detention, people who saw him in the video, according to his sister, "gave testimony under pressure."
