
The Moscow District Court Cheboksar fined the activist and blogger Semyon Kochkin for 10 thousand rubles for a joint air with the Free Buryatia Foundation. Kochkina was found guilty of the participation of an “unwanted organization”. It is reported by "Averse Chuvashia."
Kochkin said that he would not pay a fine, since he considers the fund "extremely desirable and important for the civil society of Buryatia and all of Russia."
“Free Buryatia” in March last year was recognized as “ino -agent”, and six months later they were included in the lists of “undesirable”. Kochkin himself is also recognized as an “ino -agent”. He was fined twice for the lack of appropriate marking in the video and posts in a personal telegram channel.
Criminal cases were also instituted against Kochkin for the publication of “angry Chuvashia”: about the re -“discredit” of the army and repeated promotion of the symbols of an extremist organization. He is put on the wanted list in Russia.
In relation to the head of the Free Buryatia, Alexandra Garmazhapova also opened a criminal case - about the "fakes" about the army because of her interview with the Ukrainian project "Groshi". In it, she talked about the refuseniks forcibly held in the "LPR". In November 2023, she was sentenced in absentia to 7 years in the colony.
