In the Tyumen village of Abatsky, they are going to erect a monument to Dmitry Tatyanenko, a fighter of the PMC Vagner, who died in the war against Ukraine, who got there from the colony, being convicted of murder. Relatives of the victim, the inhabitants of the same sat down, categorically against perpetuating the memory of the killer, but they will hardly hear them.

In 2021, after 6 years and quite by accident, the individuals of the two killers of the 50-year-old father of three children Yuri Antonov, a resident of Abatsky, were identified. As it turned out, Dmitry Tatyanenko and Dmitry Gostyukhin scored him to death "to the dispute." They were awarded 17 and 14 years old.

Both later admitted to war in Ukraine. Tatyanenko died. GOSTYUKHIN, not having served a quarter of the term, is pardoned now, according to Siberia. Reali, is in the hospital.

The body of Yuri Antonov , who disappeared in 2015, was found only after 6 years. All this time his family lived next to the killers and did not even know what happened to Yuri.

According to the daughter, Yuri Antonov disappeared on September 18, 2015 after gatherings with relatives, where he was with his wife Svetlana.

- Mom returned home by car after midnight. My father went on foot a little later: the wife of my cousin soon called her mother and said that dad also went home. They were not worried, because there are 15 minutes there. When he did not come, she was also not very worried, they had a little scolded at the table, and the mother decided that his father spent the night in the boiler room on our site, ”says Alena , the daughter of the murdered.

In the morning, Svetlana was worried seriously and, calling all relatives, announced the loss of Yuri to the police. They searched, according to her, all the village - when they combed the surroundings of Abatsky, found the inaccessible phone of Yuriz in the opposite side of the road home. Then the police began to suspect the murder, but the very suspect was the very wife of the missing person.

- I was then 17 years old. I remember that they were looking for dad not very diligently. And they tried to blame my mother’s guilt: they say, they quarreled, she killed him, and then hid her body. Or they still thought [the police] that he "walked" and return. They did not sear seriously, in general. But I already realized that there would be no [would not return] - he would certainly have come to the funeral of his older brother (Arkady Antonov died on September 21): then all relatives, including my sister, gathered in Abat, but he was not. So for a long time he never left, ”says Alena. - In the end, we themselves searched for two years - we climbed all the village and outskirts, which we just did not, even went to psychics. Mom had very tightly, she had a loan under a million and we are teenagers (Alena has twin sister and younger brother Dmitry). And the suspicion that she killed her own husband and father of her children!

The family accidentally found out that Yuri was killed in 2021. In the same year, the suspect was awarded the deadlines: 17 years - Dmitry Tatyanenko and 14 years old - Dmitry Gostyukhin.

- Yes, after 6 years. The killers fought among themselves, and Tatyanenko shouted to Gostyukhin: "I will kill you like Antonova!" They heard this, on his mouth spread throughout the village. As a result, GOSTYUKHIN, in my opinion, even the first to run to the police to tell, so that the deadline was chosen, ”says Alena. - So that you understand, he is a distant relative to us - we have a common grandmother, she still communicates with his relatives. We did not really communicate with them, but Tatyanenko directly lived next to us, climbed constantly with conversations. He even tried to care for me: I escorted home the daughter of the one whom he killed! It still does not fit in my head - what kind of scumbag should you be?!

The inhabitants of Abatsky admit that they themselves were in shock when the details of the murder of Yuri opened.

“We knew Yura well, although not relatives, but only namesakes,” says Valentina Antonova . - Yurochka was a wonderful person, the best father and grandfather, brother. By nature, good is very good. There was no quarrel with anyone. And Tatyanenko is a scumbag, I don’t even want to remember. That is, that he is not very surprising, but Yura was simply not for anything.

During the investigation, the killer said that Antonov was really killed for anything - for a dispute. On the night of September 18, Gostyukhin rode with Tatyanenko on his brother's car along the streets of Abatsky. According to them, they drank, and then suddenly the 19-year-old Tatyanenko asked GOSTYUKHIN: "Is it weak for you to take and beat a person."

- He nodded, they say, weakly, and Tatyanenko said: "But I have no." Then they noticed a drinking neighbor who walked along the side of the road. It was my father. Tatyanenko asked Gostyukhin to stop and offered to give a lift home. He and dad [with GOSTYUKHIN], although relatives, did not know each other. He agreed and got into the car. At the trial, both will say that they do not remember whether he called his address. He said that when he turned in the opposite direction, to the swamps, my father began to argue with him, they “got out of the car to find out the relationship and fought,” says Alena. - They took his feet together, then took him to the dachas, they took a shovel (for a minute, from the dacha of our common grandmother!) And scored him to death! Then the remnants of the body of the father were found in the swamps, where they drowned him - partially. Then we still crawled for the experts, some of the remains gathered, our fingers were not found. As a result, the examination confirmed that this was our father (though more than a month later) and that there were at least four strokes in the skull area. And the testimony of these that they beat - both gave, but in the end they [investigators] really wanted to plant one Tatyanenko. Although, in fact, both were killed!

During the investigation, the killers said that Tatyanenko hit Yuri Antonov with a shovel on the head several times and he stopped moving, then he threw the shovel into the trunk, got into the car and ordered the guest to leave. After Tatyanenko allegedly invited Gostyukhin to return and check if Antonov was alive, but he refused. Tatyanenko returned one and dragged the corpse into the swamps.

- Gostyukhin in court stated that he allegedly did not know that his father was dead there. But in a conversation with my sister, he told another, including admitted that dad whispered to them at the end of the beating: "If you beat me like that, kill me." And they to him: "We brought you for this." And that he helped to hide the body. Does this mean that it has nothing to do with the murder?! After that, Tatyanenko was filled with a “son of death”, boasted! Of course, for the 14th and 17th years for such a little, we thought and believe. They are both just frostbitten. Our family broke up because of this murder: my sister and I left the Abatsky, so as not to see this street along which my father walked and did not return. Mom went to work on the watch to leave from there as often as possible. The brother went to Ishim to work, ”says Alena.

"Here is such justice"

At the end of 2021, Tatyanenko was sentenced to 17 years of a maximum security penal colony. GOSTYUKHINA - for 14 years in colony. In court it was established that Gostyukhin not only brought from the dacha of his relative a shovel, which was killed by Yuri, but also helped to get rid of his body. Both were awarded not only the deadlines, but the moral compensation of 5 million rubles to the family of the murdered.

- They didn’t pay a penny. They didn’t even apologize! Like, so it happened. Can you imagine? - Alena is indignant. - After my father’s murder, asthmatic attacks began. Panic attacks have been constantly tormented since then. When I found out that both are free, I again had a nervous breakdown.

On January 17, 2023, the local newspaper published that Dmitry Tatyanenko died near Artemovsky. He was buried with military honors in Abat. Posthumously awarded the medal "For Courage".

- They wrote about him with pomp in a local newspaper. They listed awards, did not even forget to write that he had served in the army in 2014. And how he killed an innocent man - they "forgot" to write. Then I only thought how to restrain myself and not to express again everything to his family. Although at first [as I learned about his death] wrote his brother, they say, I forgive him. Once they buried. Like, they forgot. So no, they let the killer publish a portrait of the killer everywhere. A portrait with medals was printed. The hero was made from the maniac. And recently they generally announced: his name will be knocked out on a memorable obelisk, right in Abat! - says Alena. - And do not say anything across. You will stay guilty. I am now praying that neither I nor my brother accidentally meet these relatives or Gostyukhin himself on the street. I'm not sure that we can restrain himself.

The common relatives told the Antonov’s grandmother that Gostyukhin was also pardoned for recruiting for war, was wounded and now in the hospital.

- Another "hero" is planned. Now, millions will be paid to him, they will call the hero. What is the hero? How is it not a shame to call the killer of a innocent person a hero?! - Alena is perplexed. - He did not even have a quarter of the term for his crime. In 2022, he ended up in the colony-in 2024, already at large. Also with honors. And my brother is now more than a year already there on "his own" without guilt, not from the colony, but on the agenda. And he will stay there until the very end of this "he" would understand when it will only end. We could not protect his father, now we are afraid for him - then [in September 2022] everything was so chaotic, we were later told that with his disease it was possible to take a delay and could be made at work. But they told us this when they already took him. Then they tried - one answer: "Your brother will return to prison straight." Here is such "justice".

Now the children of Yuri Antonov do not even know what can be done in order to protest the installation of the monument to the killers of his father. Almost a dozen residents of the residents of Abatsky surveyed by the editorship of Siberia. Reali said that they were ready to sign a petition against such a monument, but clarified that "preferably anonymously."

- Times are. I would not want him [GOSTYUKHIN] to walk here, also with honors. But it is like not to sit down for what is against, ” Natalya ’s resident admits Abatsky.

- I, my family and many residents of our region against this [installation of the monument]. Honestly, I don’t want to remember this nightmare that we experienced. But they do not calm down. What is the memorial? He is a cruel, cold -blooded killer, says the widow of Yuri Svetlana . - I hope that the administration will have enough conscience not to do this. He went there to get out faster and continue to kill. He did not have a drop of repentance in what had happened at the trial. 2 more times served for gossip! We had the whole area shocked by what happened. And now he is a hero. He is not even a man!

It is noteworthy that the district administration, to the question of the installation of the monument, stated that "the inhabitants of the Abatsky will decide everything." But they noted that "the monument will be."

“Well, we’ll put it [monument],” said Igor Vasiliev, the head of the Abat district. - But this process is not fast: at first there should be a project, then a public hearings. Yes, discussion of the inhabitants. They will decide. But it’s too early to talk about it.

So, in Omsk, 33-year-old Alexander Nagornyuk, who killed a football player literally for a bag of beer and phone, was released in Omsk. In Novosibirsk - Yuri Tennas, who hit Ilya Lukashevich 26 times with a jack on the head in order to hide his car. Both criminals died in the war with Ukraine, but their native victims are outraged by the "funerals with honors" and the very fact of "pardon of heroes."

The killers of 34-year-old Irina Sinelnikova from the Berdsk of the Novosibirsk region were released 4 years later, having served half a year at the Wagner PMC. One of the killers of Maria is odd from Obninsk, Kaluga Region, received a pardon even before he ended up in Ukraine, says Maria's mother. Now he changed his last name. A resident of the prison Ust-Kuta Dmitry Lebedev, who was previously convicted of sexualized violence against a teenage girl, robbery and trading of drugs, returned after the service in the Storm Z detachment.

In Krasnoyarsk, one of the killers of the biathlete Dmitry Sisigin was at large. Four years ago, Sergey Shmelev, along with the son of local deputy Andrei Shilov, beat an athlete on camera to death. Instead of the appointed 14.5 years, Shmelev served only 3 years - he admitted to PMCs in January and now at large. Actively leads social networks and publishes a photo from Moscow, Krasnoyarsk and from the sea coast. In the village of Lopatino near Krasnoyarsk, a killer of a 9-year-old child came to freedom after recruitment in the PMC. In Kaluga, the killer Yana Boltynyuk settled near her parents' house - Yevgeny Tatarintsev served only 2.5 years from the appointed 18 years of strict regime. He spent half a year in the war as part of the PMC, did not receive a single injury and, together with the payments, earned a pardon.

At the end of November, they pardoned and released a serial killer and a love maniac from the city of Aniva Sakhalin Region. Recruiting in the PMC, and after concluding a contract with the Ministry of Defense of 44-year-old Denis Gorin, pardoned by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Gorin committed at least 4 murders and in two cases, as the court confirmed, ate the remains of his victims. His neighbors, who were present during the detention, claim that he killed at least 13 people.

Some of the pardoned killers have already managed to commit new crimes. The killer who strangled the girl, a maniac who dismembered a neighbor, a recidivist alcoholic-all of them were free, not even having served a quarter of the appointed deadline, due to the fact that they agreed to participate in a military invasion of Ukraine. Having received a pardon six months later, all three have already managed to commit new crimes, new killings.

In the summer of 2022, after several military defeats on the territory of Ukraine, the Russian army and private military companies began to recruit prisoners who were serving their sentences, including for committing especially serious crimes. At first, Wagner's PMC was engaged in this, then the Ministry of Defense. In exchange for consent to participate in hostilities, convicts after six months of stay at the front line is promised pardon. At the moment, it is already known about several dozen cases when pardoned, returning from the war, again committed crimes, including murders and rape. The Kremlin believes that prisoners correctly receive early freedom, because they "redeem the crimes on the battlefield."
