According to investigators, in March last year, Zaitsev published an announcement of the search for work in one of the telegram channels. Then he was offered to set fire to the signaling, centralization and locking device for 10 thousand rubles - a railway railway wardrobe.
On March 17, the young man took the paint and the lighter and went to the stage between the Gorelovo and Krasnoye Selo railway stations in St. Petersburg. Then, the security forces believe, Zaitsev set fire to the relay cabinet and recorded his actions on the video. Over the next two days, he received a transfer of 10 thousand rubles.
The court found that "the intent of Zaitsev was aimed precisely at damage to transport infrastructure facilities in order to undermine the economic security and defense capabilities of the Russian Federation, which the defendant himself spoke."
The security forces were estimated at 1,566 rubles 87 kopecks. As specified in court, the young man pleaded guilty, and also at the stage of preliminary investigation compensated for the damage. The security forces argue that when viewing the Zaitsev’s phone, they found “numerous requests for the execution of girls and women under various circumstances” in his browser. Zaitsev did not remember in which context he made requests.
