According to him, a series of similar shares held during last year was partially successful - the city allocated an additional 3.3 billion hryvnias (about 8 billion rubles) to support the military.

Vladimir Zelensky even declared plans for additional mobilization in the near future 450-500 thousand people, but the final decision on this issue has not yet been made.

Promotions are held by a group of wives of the mobilized “Way Home” every Saturday - the current one has already become the ninth in a row. This time, the action was supported by the opposition politician Maxim Katz and the team of Alexei Navalny, who called for participation in protest. The Moscow prosecutor’s office responded to this on the eve of a warning about responsibility for participation “in inconsistent mass events” - and the detention on the day of the promotion really took place. Most of the detainees, however, turned out to be journalists. In particular, it was reported that the employees “Caution, News”, Sota.vision, Kommersant, France Press, Spiegel, as well as human rights activists from the “For Human Rights” movement were delivered to the China Gorod police department. At the same time, the detentions took place at the election headquarters of Vladimir Putin on Pokrovka, where the police detained seven more journalists who illuminated the action.
