The ambulance team is taking the second wounded man to City Hospital No. 2 in Belgorod - he has a shrapnel wound to the head and a concussion,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.

In addition, according to Gladkov, two apartment buildings and 15 cars were damaged as a result of the shelling. There is also damage on the territory of one of the industrial enterprises, the governor said. According to local telegram channels, we are talking about the former Belgorod Vitamin Plant or the ZhBK-1 plant .

According to local media, an air raid siren sounded during the shelling in Belgorod. The Kreida microdistrict in the east of the city came under fire.
