The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow sent into custody the head of Center E on the Moscow metro, Vadim Kuznetsov. This was reported by the press service of the court.
They clarified that Kuznetsov is accused of receiving a bribe and collecting information that violates privacy.
In turn, the Baza telegram channel claims that Kuznetsov traded data from police databases.
“Lieutenant Colonel V. Kuznetsov was detained in his apartment early in the morning of February 5 by employees of the internal security department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as the “M” department of the FSB. Kuznetsov is suspected of at least one episode of bribery: between 2019 and 2022, the lieutenant colonel received 41 thousand rubles through an intermediary for providing data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs databases,” the Baza report says.
