The mayor of Vladivostok Konstantin Shestakov sent messages to the organizers of the concerts of Diana Arbenina and Kristina Orbakaite. He “recommends” the cancellation of the events on February 27 and March 19, since the members of the “Cultural Front of Russia” are calling for this. Such information is contained in the official answers of the MTC Vladivostok (the structure in the city hall created for the operational processing of messages on social networks).

Unknown “Patriots” had already asked to abolish the concerts of “night snipers” and Orbakaite in the capital of Primorye earlier. In the case of Arbenina, this was argued by her statements. Orbakaite, on the other hand, fell under the shelling of cultural front -line soldiers for the fact that her mother has a “foreign -agent” and his citizenship, as well as for real estate and accommodation in the United States.

The city hall lasted for a long time. At the end of January, they met the requirements of nounnesses by the fact that both of them were not “in foreign agents” (of course, a strange argument - and if they were, then what?), Like a retaining station, and their repertoire “complies with the legislation”. Officials tried to relieve themselves of responsibility by recommending the organizers to “coordinate the performance of the declared artist ( Arbenina ) with the Ministry of Justice of Russia, and if necessary, cancel. The organizers really went to the Ministry of Justice, there they agreed there. “The concert of Diana Arbenina and the Night Snipers group is carried out in accordance with applicable law. No cancellation is planned, ”the city press service summed up.

In the case of Orbakaite, a concert as part of her tour “BIS!” MTs wrote that the event does not imply open access of the audience, is held in a private institution (Fesco-Hall). “Tickets are sold for events held in private institutions and organizations. The viewer independently makes a choice whether to go to the concert or not, using his constitutional law. However, the issue and compliance with the constitutional principles of the Russian Federation are not without attention. The organizers of the concerts are fully responsible for the age limit and good faith of the artists. Control in this area is within the competence of the internal affairs department in the city of Vladivostok, ”said MTC yesterday. Already today, “constitutional law” and “independent choice” unexpectedly evaporated somewhere.

Earlier, the concerts of “Night Snipers” and Orbakaite according to the requirements of the “Cultural Front” and the ONF were canceled in Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Ulan-Ude, Khabarovsk and other points of the country. And on February 7, the same municipal management center reacts completely differently to the hysterical demand of a certain Oksana in numerous comments on the governor's telegram channel: “We need to prohibit the Orbakaite to perform in Vladivostok !!! How long will these singers make money in Russia, and spend in America? People, let's unite and not go to concerts of those who left our country !!! How long will they earn on us !!! Take measures !!! "

The basis of such a decision was the official appeal of the All -Russian Public Movement “Cultural Front of Russia”, which expresses the fear of the public about the performance in the city of military glory of Vladivostok, who has US citizenship. The final decision on the cancellation of the speech should be made by the organizer of concerts, taking into account all circumstances and public opinion. ”

True, the letters of the "social activists" are not posted anywhere. The sources of the “new” suggest that it, quite possibly, does not exist - just the Minister of Culture of Primorye, the ultrapatriot Elena Bronnikova called the mayor and demanded.

Recall that in Primorye, the headquarters of the OOD “Cultural Front” was created a year ago and glorified by its struggle. So, they made a ban in Vladivostok a speech by Irina Khakamada at the conference "Lady at the Sturval".

“We, cultural workers, conduct our special operation. We fight for our past with hostile forces that want to rewrite our history, fight for the present - preserving our country and for the future - our children and youth.

And of course, we have to bring culture into line with our Russian spiritual and moral values ​​and traditions of family education, and not those that we were imposed on us earlier and are trying to impose ideals alien to us in spirit and mentality, ”the Minister of Bronnikova emphasized.

The concert director of the Night Snipers, Alexander Roerich, told the Novaya correspondent that the group at the moment did not receive any official letters to cancel concerts in Vladivostok. “Nobody contacted us about this. We just read this in the press and do not understand where the source of the news is that we have no letter or appeal, ”she said. “If we see official letters from the mayor, we will decide in the fact of what to do.”

As for the “public opinion”, according to which, according to the city hall, the concert should be canceled: the people vote by the ruble. According to Roerich, tickets are sold perfectly, in Vladivostok, the "night snipers" is traditionally a full house.
